Excellent bathroom. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Would have appreciated a bottle or jug of water and 2 glasses in room.Also lack of glasses in bathroom.

Bijzonder gastvrij en accommoderend. Lunchpakketten werden op verzoek verzorgd. Fietsen werden goed verzorgd en opgeborgen. Warme atmosfeer. Bijzonder goed restaurant Pot de Beurre.

Tres bon accueil. Le personnel est tres aimable et disponible. Les chambres sont confortables et agreables la literie est parfaite, une grande salle de bain. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Le bruit de la machine a laver au coucher.

Alles netjes en een verzorgd uitgebreid ontbijt . Ook goed gelegen op wandelafstand van het station en onze hond (husky ) was er welkom . Nogal een drukke straat,maar we hebben een kamer weg van de straat gekregen op eenvoudig verzoek .

Voor mij persoonlijk ligt het hotel dicht bij de firma waar ik werkzaamheden uitvoerde. Ik heb er al verscheidene malen overnacht en ken het hotel toch al een beetje. Als je de maaltijd neemt in het restaurant heb je lekker gegeten. Gezellige patron.

Sympathie et disponibilité des patrons . Literie excellente, propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain . Délicieux petit déjeuner, la confiture de fraises maison ... un régal ! Si vous allez aux Francos ne cherchez pas ailleurs .

L'accueil et la gentillesse , le restaurant est A NE PAS MANQUER , la taille de la chambre ainsi que sa composition ( airco, frigo,douche,petit salon,....) Malheureusement j'avais une chambre qui donnait sur la rue et l'on entend assez bien les voitures.

je me rendais aux francofolies a spa, j'ai aimé la proximité avec spa , la facilité de retrouver ma chambre depuis spa ,le calme ,la possibilité de stationner facilement sans avoir a chercher ,trouver l'hotel est aussi un jeu d'enfant ,j'ai aimé les jolis paysages ,la gentillesse des gens ,le prix raisonnable il n'y a pas de rideaux aux fenetres ,ça m'a un peu embétée surtout ds la salle de bain méme si c'était au 2eme étage et qu il n'y a pas trop de voisins mais quand méme...

Met vrienden 2 dagen wandelen in de omgeving van Pepinster: 1 overnachting bij Chambre Tourisme. Ruime en keurige kamer + badkamer. Goed en meer dan voldoende ontbijt: extra koffie en warm water voor onze veldflessen voor onderweg was zo geregeld: geen extra kosten! Alleen steun vd. douchekop werkte niet!

Très mécontent, lors de la présentation de la note de paiement, il était exigé de payer en liquide. La note présentée par l'hôtelier mentionnait de payer sur compte bancaire (Fortis) Nous avons payé en liquide sur insistance de l'hôtelier mais nous avons à plusieurs reprises dû demander de signer notre document pour reçu de 260 euros (prix de notre séjour soit 4 nuits à 65 euros. Ce sont là des pratiques qui mettent mal à l'aise le client et qui ont comme résultat que l'on n'y retourne certainement plus.
