Helpful staff, the room was very good value for money. Good food at the restaurant, reasonably priced. Contacted by phone before arrival, the staff provided us with clear information on how to use their taxi service from and to the airport (at 5.00 am). Their taxi was very reasonable (7 Euro per journey) and was added to the price of the room. |

the location was excellent and the room was clean and confortable. well designed. Dinner at restaurant was also very nice. People are very friendly. It says on site that has Airport Shuttle, but you have to pay for it plus a city tax fee. |

No kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee. No iron without a 25 euro deposit. Food in restaurant not very good - but not expensive either. |

Staff very helpful. Very well kept hotel. Think the hotel should use their shuttle bus for guests who haven't their own transport like other airport hotels. It is quite costly to get a taxi to the hotel eventhough the hotel subsidises the cost from the hotel back to the airport, it still increases the cost of the stayover. |

Rooms and bathroom spacious and clean Hotel said that breakfast was not included in room price . Had to show booking.com email to confirm breakfast was included . Restaurant staff at evening meal on the sunday 25 / 05 not particularly welcomong or helpful eg waitress did not know what the " soup of the day " was . |

I ate dinner at this hotel. For dessert I chose Chocolate Mousse, only to chew on a piece of broken glass in it. I pointed this out to the staff, who were totally casual about the whole thing. |

we had a wonderful time while we stayed there in the hotel for the four days. everyone was very nice and very polite with us. it is to bad that your towels are not as thick as our at home. it would be nice to have thicker ones. |
