It was quiet on the backside of the hotel. Room temperature was also nice now (not in July since they have no airco). Very limited TV-channels. WiFi is now supplementary @ €10/h or €20/24h. Breakfast buffet is a bit meager for the €9. Rooms are very noisy, door to hall bar no sound. |

The power showers are great en there are comfortable chairs in the room. We had to wait too long for the shuttle from Charleroi Airport. Baladin's and even Etap seemed to have organised this transport better. We could not hear at the reception desk what the hotel staf said to us while in the reception hall there was very loud music: a shame to receive your guests like this |

The hotel was clean and modern, the restaurant was very good. I reported the TV as not working on my first day, and when I left, it was still not working. poor service. |

It is very close to the airport. There is a parking to leave the car for free while you are away. |

We used the sleep, park, fly arrangement of this hotel; if you fly from Brussels-Charlerois this hotel offers a very good solution for parking problems and early departure times. |

It was convenient as we had an early morning flight via Charleroi Airport to Pau and left our car at the parking at the hotel and took a cab to the airport. The prices in the restaurant where far to high for the quality of the food. |

The hotel i s friendly place within plush sourroundings. the dinner menu took 45 minutes to come to the table.The drinks ie beer are served in small glasses.even the elephant beer was tiny.there was no toilet roll in the bathroom. |

The size of the bed and room were great value for what I paid. Very surprising. The hotel staff was friendly and arranged for a taxi to the airport at 5 in the morning for us. Perfect location if you have an early flight. They should really put in an airport shuttle. The noise from the nightclub downstairs was also bothersome. |

nice room. excellent price vor value. responsive staff. quite away from airport, rail station, and city center of Charleroi with poor public transport to and from. should use taxi to get there and back. no information about Brussels available at frontdesk (transport info, maps etc) |

the staff of the hotel was really friendly, restaurant waiters were kind and pleasant. Nice terrace - it was cool to sit there on a fresh air with a cup of tea or a mug of beer :) that in the room there is no free wifi connection and it costs quite hefty to use paid access to Internet: Telenethotspot.be = 10 EUR per 1 hour (or 20 EUR if to use 1 day card) |

Family room very spacious, helpful receptionist. This is not really an airport hotel, it is several miles away. The hotel will arrange a taxi for 7 euros. |

We were given a room on the ground floor with a patio door which was perfect for the dog. The dog was allowed in the dining room with us when we had breakfast. We arrived quite late and had a room service dinner which was really delicious. We will use this hotel again. |

The hotel staff were exellent however the catering staff were very poor in comparison The one thing I did not like about the hotel staff was that they were not able to communicate in any other language except french. For an hotel that is so close to an airport I believe that they should at least be able to communicate in more than one langauage (I suggest French, Dutch, German and English). as is done in the Netherlands and Germany. I would have expected them to speek at least Dutchand French. |

Cleanliness, location,services, but I stayed just 5 hours to judge objectively, generally was ok I was sort of suggested over the phone that I do not have to pay for the taxi from the airport, That is why I gave up my rental car but it turned out that I DO have to pay |

Really friendly staff. There were no iron and no ironing board in the room, we were told by reception that we could iron on the table.There are no AC in the room, and it was very hot. |
