Used this hotel as a transit stop to catch a Ryanair flight next day and used the Fly/Stay etc package to get to/from Charleroi Airport. The way this works is to get a Taxi Booking Voucher emailed from the hotel before you leave home. On arrival, ring the Hotel and get them to book the Taxi - which arrives in about 10 mins. Simple. Hotel staff very helpful and professional, Hotel central. Would recommend. |

The service was swift, everything functioned well. Room was very good and quiet. Taxi to/from the airport on time. A bit pricey given the fact that there is absolutely nothing to see in the town and the hotel serves mainly to travellers to/from the Charleroi Airport. |

The staff was helpfull, but I booked this hotel because they advertised there was a free taxi service for the airport, but when I asked for that they replied that the service wasn't included in my standard room price. I was very disapponted because they didn't mention this on the web site page. Well, I booked an offer price, so I had the sansation that they gave me an old room.... in fact the bathroom was a bit old compare to the room.... |

Reception staff was not very good in english and totally absent minded. reception was like a temporary desk, not like real reception. the reception guy was talking with the cooks of the restaurant outside the hotel, instead of being at the front desk. |

Clean romms, comfortable beds and reception staff very plesant. I only stayed 1 night and it was good to have a central location near to the airport. I asked reception to order a taxi for the airport, I had seen from reviews that the hotel gave free airport taxi, I never confirmed this service and did not ask at time of booking taxi what the cost would be--to my horror taxi charged---25 euro--so best to beware and check cost of taxi. |

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was centrally located and comparatively easy to reach from the railway staion, we gladly made use of the hotel free taxi service to the Charleroi airport. |

We ate in the hotel restaurant & had a lovely, very reasonably priced meal. It was a shame the none of the restaurant staff spoke english but we were able to communicate what we wanted & they were very friendly. The guy on reception was very friendly & upgraded us when no twin room was available & the room we got was very large. The lack of english in the restaurant! |
