Very clean and comfortable hotel We ask the reception to order a taxi for 5.15 A.m but I believe they forgot about it. We had a flight to catch so that was very upsetting.

Friendly staff Wi-fi is not free, you have to pay 18.50 Euro per night! The hotel is too expensive for its quality and location.

The hotel is very sentral in Charleroi, and the trainstation is just 15 minutes walk away. And just 15 minutes with taqxi to the airport. No there is nothing that I can tell you about. The city is much nicer than what you can read.

Hotel was good value for money. Cleanliness and comfort were good, staff were courteous and helpful. Traffic noise at front of hotel, curtains did not exclude light or noise. WiFi charge is high.

So many things missing in the room! The remote control did not work, also its replacement did not work! The frigo bar was empty, no way to hang up the coat, the shower door missing, the jacuzzi was broken, one of the elevators was out of order, at the reception the personnel was dressing worse than me in the garden...

The park-sleep-fly arrangement is perfect and quite cheap. Constant noise in the room from an outside airco or something.

It was very ok for overnight stay. Staff polite and friendly. Although hotel was quite old, but this is valid for all most Charleroi hotels. Sleep and fly package is very good option for short stay. Nothink too negative.

Good central location, friendly helpful staff, reasonably priced if booked well in advance. Lots of hotels provide free wi-fi internet, so I think the ibahn charges are high

Value for money. Finally somebody spoke English in French part of Belgium!. Friendly, supportive staff. This hotel would be liked by those who prefer budget-friendly hotels. Also one can shop in the vicinity of hotel (it is basically down-town), but be aware that shops are closing at 7p.m. in Belgium. Although located downtown the access to airport is just some 20 min. by taxi... absence of free internet...

The man who chekced us in on arrival was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, it was powerful rather than in some hotels where they are rather weak. Ok/fine for a 1 night stay whilst backpacking or on a short city break. The room wasn't very clean, mainly the toilet in the bathroom. The seat wasn't clean at all. There were burns from cigarettes on the bedroom furniture too. The taxi from the airport to the hotel was 20 euros. The taxi back to the airport was 25 euros, which as we only needed a 1 night stay after travelling to Belgium on an evening flight from the UK before we got the train to Brussels the next day we thought it was rather expensive.

Before when traveling trough Charleroi airport I choose one of the hotels in direct proximity to airport. This time I was atracted by "Park, Sleep & Fly Package" offered by Leonardo hotel. It turned out to be disappointment. 1) when calling from the airport to the hotel to arrange the shuttle (taxi), the staff member was able to only communicate that "there will be a yellow taxi". Further inquiries where exactly the taxi will stop were unsuccessful. 2) taxi stopped by the departures and had no distinction marks from other yellow taxis whatsoever. I only mannaged to connect with it, because i had been patroling all the front side for 15 minutes, asking every yellow taxi if he's a shuttle. 3) white waiting taxi driver solicited 2 other passangers, who were given priority. They were traveling to village LIBERCHIES which lies about 20 km to direction *directly opposite* of the hotel. 4) whole ordeal took 60 minutes counting from moment i was able to call hotel for a shuttle after getting out of airport. I would have been much better by commuting to one of the nearby hotels instead of using this package.

Friendly staff, multilingual skills (Spanish), next to tram, centrally located, restaurants nearby and 5-10 minutes walking from the train and bus station (where Charleroi airport bus departs from). Great for an overnight stay if travelling low-cost (Ryanair) via Charleroi airport. Rooms well-equipped including refrigerator (empty and unplugged but usable). Barely any noise. Comfortable beds. Relaxing. Properly heated and extra blankets which we didn't need to use even though there was a cold wave. Flat digital TV. A few tourist brochures provided in the room (nice one, as Charleroi is not really a hotspot for tourism, but a city going through a lot of economic trouble, so I value the effort). Just two minor faults I can recall: Just a few decoration items would have made the room look more "homey" and less plain/corporate. Nothing wrong with the way it is, but it's a pity it could easily look much better. For example, a couple of colourful vinils or picture frames in the bathroom and bedroom. A 50-euro investment per room would improve their look a lot. Some TV channels including in the listing provided were missing or did not show up for some reason even after re-tuning.
