Staff is very kind and hotel location is sort of central

internet connection was complicated to set up and very slow

the room was nice, clean, big and warm

the price for the wireless connection was too expensive.

The staff is perfect, they're very kind and the reception is open 24h a day. The position is good, about 5 min by walking to the subway station and cery near to the european parlament. Rooms wide and clean.

First of all, the location was perfect since it is very close to the main EU buildings. The breakfast was very good too. The room, as well as the bathroom, were very clean. I only met the guys at the reception and the lady in charge of the breakfast, they helped me out when I needed and answered my questions.

There was not enough light in my room. Arrived after sundown and had to unpack in the dim light of a bedside lampshade. An energy saving light bulb with some more luminescence would have been perfect. The lights in the bathroom were ok, though. Another negative thing was the horrible smell in some corridors, looks like the place is not well ventilated and would be a nightmare for ashmatics! All in all, however, I've seen worse!

the room is very big for such a small price directly in the European headquarters with walking distances to all the European institutions.

I was there for a weekend and I liked relaxed atmosphere among the hotel staff. We had our towels changed every day, the same thing with room service. It's situated in a very nice and safe area, near Jubilee Park and EU Expo Quarters just beside etro station.

There were problems with noise outside and quite thin walls, where you could hear your neighbors using their shower.

I was looking for a single and got a spacious room with double bed on the corner of the building with two big windows with a little bit of view.

The room and the whole hotel are in need of a urgent lift-up: old carpet, wallpaper, curtains, etc. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and the toilet brush was missing....

Room noisy (lift noise). Poor room cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was generally fine: room, breakfast, location, staff etc.

Sound isolation of rooms is quite poor: you can easily hear any external sounds.
