Convenient location next to the city center. The room was run down - stains on the carpeting and furniture. No wifi contrary to description. No bed, just a fold-out couch. |

The picture on the website does not accurately show the room.The room was old and very small and the beds were also old and not what we were expecting. It was much like student housing. It definately needs an over haul. |

Very good location, absolute in the center of Brussels, just 10 min walking from the hotel to the Grand Place.. very helpful, and kindly staff.. |

good location, spacious studio, hot shower, good value for the money, nice, clean and friendly. A few steps from Metro main line, 2 stops from Gare Central. |

The staff was really friendly The room I stayed in looked shabby, not that it was dirty but run down. They tried to apply a higher rate than offered by booking.com. I was happy that I printed out the reservation confirmation and had it with me. |

The hotel is in a great location, and the cooking facilities were good The hotel needs some renovation as it is a bit tired! The sofabed was uncomfortable and the hotel was noisy at night |

Position of the hotel, facilities in the room, some staff v friendly esp to toddler Rubbish not taken out for 4 days (4 days nappies not good). Lots of open sockets, not good with toddler. Could they have socket covers available for families? We had to tape them up with our entire stock of sticking plasters! |

The hotel is located at the heart of the city, so I enjoyed walking in its neighborhood. The connection to the Internet was not provided on the day I left the hotel. |

For a traveler who is looking for just a room for the night, this apart'hotel offers more than he or she can even make use of: Sports, laundry, inroning, kitchen and quite a lot of space add to a luxury that probably earned the hotel its four stars. I appreciated the free-of-charge internet access via cable in the rooms and via w-lan or a terminal in the hotel lobby. Beds are fold-out style. On the down side, the building is kind of worn out, which shows in the unpleasant smell of the corridors, and the battered look and feel of the rooms. For a four-star hotel they seem to be under-staffed, so, although the staff are very friendly and helpful, things tend to take a while to get fixed. |

It is a very complete system. We stayed earlier in a Citadines hotel and it is very handy. The rooms were very small and the staff is not really bilingual. You would expect them to speak dutch but they do not. Not everybody of the staff was willing to help you. |
