Room very well equipped. Good central location, walking distance to main centre.

Bathroom toiletries not replenished on a daily basis Rooms were incredibly warm and uncomfortable during the night - had to open the window but then it was very noisy. Not a good nights sleep.

Much better than we expected for this low weekend price. Big beautiful room, even supplied with kitchen, bath, separate toilet. Free coffee at the desk. Friendly staff. Safe parking in a private garage. Close to midi. Perfect.

It was convenient and the studio was more than enough for me. It was complete and the breakfast was good enough choice

That there was no good chair in the room. The isolation between rooms is rather poor. I could hear the music or TV from my neighbors. but when I went to bed it stopped so no trouble at the end. I am acoustician so the isolation is one of the less good things

The room was clean, very comfortable and cozy. Although our stay was short, the small kitchen was a nice addition to the room. Free WiFi is also available in the rooms, in addition to a wired connection. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area, 15-20 minutes from Grand Place, and close to a metro station. All in all, great value for money, and a pleasant experience!

The hotel staff was very professional and courteous , my mom had needed an urgent surgery in the hospital and the staff was very helpfull the location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and quiet, the price is reasonable compared to others.. Just as an hotel owner myself in the dominican republic (casamaravilladr and dona-elvira) I reccomend that they upgrade their furniture desks and chairs to make the room very appealing..

The location is of course very good, proximity to Luise, Stephanie and Toison d'Or, is great.

This hotel was far over-priced. The staff were nice, but that does not overall make a bad experience good. Somehow, booking.com ended up selling us the room for what we found out on arrival was the Rack Rate for the room. I am pretty sure we ended up being the only people staying there paying the walk-in rate after having booked online. We only chose the hotel for the kitchenette after a change of dates in another apartment hotel could not be accommodated, and with a young baby had hoped it was a separate bedroom. Alas, the baby ended up in a cot in the kitchenette (which was also the hallway of the room), and the cot had to be taken out into the hotel corridor every time we wanted to get the pram out of the room. Absolutely NOT a place for a family with young children. The rooms and corridors are dark, dank, and all badly in need of renovation. They have touched up the rooms with modern TVs and some modern soft furnishings, but the underlying structure remains very, very 80s. We have stayed at a Citadine in the heart of Paris which was very cool, quite chic. But this hotel has dated very badly and has a strongly motel feeling. Breakfast in the gloomy breakfast room with no windows, could barely have been, well, gloomier. The bake-off croissants were actually the best thing about the breakfast. If you have to stay here, book without breakfast and go out. Extremely disappointed. And disappointed with booking.com for having the full Rack Rate as a time-limited offer!

Convenient location and the room had everything that I needed for a short trip.

The communal areas are tatty and need modernising and painting. There is a horrible smell of food in the corridors which was very offputting.

Excellent location, close to shopping areas and a food store around the corner, friendly staff, very nice and comfortable. We didn't miss anything.

It's perhaps a little inconvenient that the toilet is separated from the wash basin.

Citadines toison d'or is located next to the louise metro station and close to the shops and restaurants. The apartments are clean and modern with all basic amenities. Free Wifi is available in the bedrooms as well as the public areas. The lobby is comfortable and guests can help themselves to coffee and tea.

The room amenities are nice and useful.

This is the only place we stay when in Brussels.
