The room and all it came with was very good, very comfortable!!! The water was hot and I found everything I needed for a calm stay. I could not get WiFi in my room and had to go out. |

rrom o.k., relatively quiet For my my second confirmed booking (starting 4/25) for about 90 Euro/day , it was claimed that the electronic booking had never arrived. Instead my old contract was extended, however, for 129 Euro/day, which I dsicocered too late. I had assumed that the booked price would be valid. I regard the behavior as intentionally misleading and at the borderline to fraud. A very unhappy (ex-)customer ! |

Convinient location. Friendly staff. Except for the presence of the kitchenette the room is comparable to a hotel room in terms of price and accomodations. Bathroom shower ran out of hot water very quickly. Bathroom lighting was poor. |

The flat is small (maybe 30 sq.m) but well organized and well appointed, with separate bathroom, sleeping corner, kitchenette, fridge, micro, hairdryer, TV and hifi. Linen, towels, kitchen utensils are provided. Very quiet place, not really central but only 15 min. walk from center. If you arrive outside working hours, you call the number on the office door and the caretaker arrives in 10 min., no problem. there is no othe heating than an 1500W electric heater but that was more than sufficient for me with outside temp. around freezing point. The advertised internet connection (wifi) just did not work with my laptop (even though it works elsewhere). Plumbing is kind of weird. The shower is a very peculiar structure (you'll undertand what I mean when you see it). And the drainage pipes of the flat upstairs run right on your ceiling, behind a gridlike suspenden ceiling. I guess this makes repair of occasional drainages easier but it's not nice to be wakened by the noise of somebody's toilet flushing abopve your head... |
