You must restore the rooms in this hotel so that guests are able to wash their hands or take a shower because the water could not go away!! |

Very clean, quiet, large room, helpful staff. Location excellent for offices and shopping, near Botanical Gardens. Close to red light district around Gard du Nord, not a great area at night but this does not affect the hotel itself. |

Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast suited me. Charging for Internet access is no longer acceptable -- do hotels charge for running water? Moreover, the prices were abusive, at 2.50EUR for 15 minutes. |

Clean and Confortable. Good Price and central. Neighbourhood feels unsafe. Altough is just beside police station that is a lot of angry looking young man walking around as this is the red light district of brussels (but without turists) |

The staff was very friendly and made good recommendations. The breakfast was better than expected and the rooms were clean and sufficient. The location was very good for the price of the hotel to the tourist attractions / shops within the city. Walking from the train station to the hotel was typical for any hotel near a train station - be aware of your surroundings, but don't let it discourage you from booking there. |

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I did not like the fact that there was no restuarant in the hotel |

Very nice hotel. Good location close to Gare du Nord, tram, underground lines, bus lines (to aiport). Friendly, helpful staff. Good and rich breakfast. Clean room. Good price. Next to (at the border) the red light district, but that's not too big of a problem, that area can be avoided. |

Room and hotel were clean location (literally just around the corner from a red light area). Not professional reception/bar staff - No wine at all in the bar - no glasses for the beer - explanation "oh you drink Belgian beer out of the bottle" is asolute rubbish as anyone who has visited Belgium will know. Very disappointing hotel overall |

Very basic hotel, but clean. No luxury what so ever, but you did not miss anything. Even though beds were simple, I slept there very well. It was nice that you could adjust the temperature of the room yourself from the heater. The noise from the street was rather disturbing, however it seemed to stop for the night (ambulances ? every 10 minutes). The breakfast was rather moderate and simple. If you need taxi in the morning, reserve enough time or be prepared to take the metro. I managed to get lost trying to find the metro station, though... |

Location close to railway station. Clean hotel. Modern fittings. Decent value for money. Signed up to Wifi but it was not secure and therefore not useful for business. Also signal very slow and low strength. |

The location is poor. In a very run down district and adjacent to the middle of the red light area! No Restaurant in hotel so had no choice but to go out to find somewhere. |

Good price, well equipped room. Clean Location - Area was dodgy, bus stop far enough from hotel and not happy walking there at night. Room noisy with traffic |

The hotel is centrally situated, and convenient for those traveling through Gare du Nord. Staff was nice. It is pretty basic for the price (for instance, no air conditioning). |
