Breakfast is ok.
The location is not good. The Staff is not so friendly to introduce the travel information. Just tell me to find the information guide in the city center.
Very good breakfast, comfortable bed, one of the receptionists was very helpful and kind (during our check-in)
No heating in rooms so was cold first few hours until the AC heated up the room. Floor next to balcony was wet for some reason.
It was ok for 1 night .
The wc was not that clean . I clean the toilet myself usually but it was ok
- location - clean - functionable
- not a very nice area - small rooms
Friendly staff, great location, very nice rooms, only about a 8 minute walk from a huge shopping mall as well a stop for the metro station.
Breakfast is an extra 12.50 euros. It should be more like 5. If you take a Togo plate they charge 30 euro per person who is in the room.
The morning receptionist was very helpful
The night shift receptionist, was very rude, and when we arrived tiried from a 6 hour trip, instead of welcoming us, she was SHOUTING at me cause my credit card details didnt work, but I had arranged to pay in cash! Not friendly at all!!! Poor behaviour for a 4 star hotel!!!
Clean room correct staff reasonably good location good price
The wifi practically did not work.Sometimes it did something but was mostly unusable
This is a nice hotel, for one night in Brussels it was perfect for me. I would just like to add that the staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful every time I had to speak with them.
Location is very close to Place Rogier and the new Covent Garden building of the EC.
The hotel is not in the best quarter of town. The WiFi was useless for most of my stay.
staff and room was good
Area not nice and also no real bar service. The coffee and tea in the room were not replenished either. Too far to walk to the center
Position Access to public transport Confortable bed Clean
Furniture should be renewed Location looks a little "gloomy"
Distance to the center, helpfull staff, no crowd
Poor breakfast, terrible bed, old bathroom, funny noises
Unpleasant receptionist who insisted on paying the whole bill when checking in and gave me a room right next to the elevator...:-(
Room too cold . Expensive . Old style design
The room was super clean, i got an executive room for a good price. I did a super nice deal.
Internet was very bad
Its really cheap and average
No staff to ask for, No bell man to help with your luggage. No room service, as I had to get down stairs to pick some sugar for serving ourselves.
quiet place although centrally located; easy to reach from / to airport
comfortable and large bed, room cleanliness, quite area
slow wifi, mood of the staff at the reception (it seems to be difficult for them to smile/greet their customers), better quality coffee could be provided for the rooms
Location near Place Rogier, breakfast (if you are into bacon and eggs)
Location near the somewhat restless Gare du Nord area
It was located about a ten minute walk from good shopping and tourism areas. The room was large enough to be comfortable for three people. Staff were friendly and the room was very clean.
The hotel is located literally around the corner from the red light district.
The room and bed were comfortable The Wifi was free and working fine
The price was way too high for what it was The staff was not nice There was no dedicated space in the room to hang a suit
Hotel outdated but comfortable, very reasonably priced for Brussels on a weeknight. Close to train/metro station.
Right next to red light district. Did not feel unsafe though.
Nothing at all.
Extremely small rooms. Cheap plastic furniture. Neon lights in the room. Shower unit defective. TV control not working. Poor breakfast. Red light district location. Unbelievably high price for what is on offer. Deceptive presentation of rooms and hotel on the internet.
Heating wasn't working
