Best Western City Centre  

Отель действительно находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от центра города, но... Сам по себе район, в котором расположен отель, не внушает уверенности в личной безопасности.

сорное местоположение, очень удобно для пеших прогулок по центру, НО соседство арабского квартала несколько вызывало тревогу и проблема с паркингом, 40 евро в день явный перебор, а работавший, в день нашего прибытия, мальчик не догадался направить в паркинг около метро за 20 евро в день...

The hotel location is practical, quite close (walking distance) to the North Station. The staff is very kind (especially Mr. Madjid at the Reception). The rooms have been renovated and have everything you need, excpet the safe. You can have at any time espresso or capuccino in hotel lobby, even if tea/coffee facilities are in the room.

I didn't like the orange juice at Breakfast - with too much water! I took apple juice, which was ok.

Very friendly welcome at check-in, kettle for coffee and tea in the room, very good position for shopping and visiting the city just 5 minutes walking from Nord station, good selection of breakfast item in the buffet, quiet atmosphere, big room for 3 person.

The room was small (and advertised as such) but clean and recently refurbished.

When I stayed the tea and coffee facility was available only in the lobby; not in my room. This was apparently due to recent refurbishment works. I found the temperature of the shower fluctuated dramatically during use.

The day-time manager was quite helpful. The evening staff was limited in their understanding of English. The construction and renovations were not a problem, although from the exterior, it was not as inviting.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find. Once it was located,the location was convenient to public transport. It would be good to have a map with the website for the hotel.

The location is good City Shopping 2 is very close by and the centre of town is a 15 minute walk. The staff were knowledgable about the surrounding area and the best places to eat.The room was small but clean and not too noisy for the middle of the City.

No snacks or bar menu available at all.

I had a single room quite good, exactly what I needed for this travel, since I went to Brussels this time for professional reasons. The staff was extremely kind.

The only issue, for me, was the location of the hotel. Although it is near the Rogier Square, it is a bit far from the real centre(s) of the city, at least for the purpose of my journey.

The location. It was close to the Grand Place (15 minutes walk). The metro is also nearby.

The breakfast is very poor. The room we were offered was near the elevator and had a very unpleasant smell. You could not practically stay there. We asked for another room and we were offered an executive one, after extensive talks with the manager, although we booked a standard one (there was no other standard room available). We had to change this room also because the heating did not work. After all, the room we were offered was very good, the second best in the hotel we were told, but the talks we had with the hotel manager and personnel were very unpleasant.
