checked in at 22.30 nobody at the front desk but a envelope with my name and key....the room was not cleaned ..sheets from the previous guest still on the bed..dirty towels all over the floor..during 48 h of my stay i didnt see anyone at the front desk...even at check out... |

there was a terrible smell of sewage on the whole floor and in the room and particular in the bathroom, staff was helpful enough but it did not help to make the smell go away |

Very close to Central Station and very easy to access by car from Holland. Very big room. Excellent price. Wasn't as clean as it could have been. Was a bit noisy in the morning (from 5 a.m.) with traffic and trains. |

The room/studio flat was nice and cozy. I asked for a room accessible for wheelchair and the room wasn't that accessible, especially the bathroom!It wasn't wheelchair friendly at all. I would recommend this hotel just to people not on a wheelchair, or just call them before going there and make sure that they will really give you a wheelchair accessible room, specially if you are traveling alone. I was with my husband so I managed to move around the flat anyway. |

spacious studio, clean, kitchen facilities. beds and pillows were not comfortable, windows to the noisy street, cigarette smoke gent into the room from corridor/other rooms. dishes etc. not clean. water from the shower gets all over bathroom floor. Location is not the best - long walk to the center and ab.10 min to central station |
