The location, transport nearby, it was cosy.
It was a shame there wasn't completely free wifi. If we put on several electrical items at the same time the electricity jumped. Luckily we only ate in once...
Great Location Friendly staff (only when present) Good and cheap parking for central Brussels.
Check in only for 4 hours per day. Wi-fi limited to 600mb per day, but also could hardly ever access the Internet anyway. Water stopped working at 11am on first morning. No assistance when things go wrong as no-one in the building. Phoning them up would cost you 50 Euros if they deemed it "not appropriate". Kitchen was poor, hob took 40 minutes to heat up. Shower just about clinging to the wall, shower door couldn't shut properly (so had a wet bathroom floor). Provided feedback, and no response from hotel (after two weeks). Kitchen applications and accessories poor. Beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Two single beds for a couple as well!
Quick access to north station Midway between city centre and Atomium Good facilities in the apartment for the price Despite being in slightly run down area of Schaerbeek, very quiet at night and away from main road
Towels a bit small and only changed weekly (not changed at all for our 5 day stay)
too small pillows
Friendly staff, safe parking, clean kitchen with lots of utensils, spacious room, relatively close to the city centre, close to public transport.
Bad neighbourhood, wifi is limited, no plug in the bathroom, beds uncomfortable, toilet didn't function well, building in need of renovation.
Staff was fantastic. Helpful and supportive. Real professionals. Will recomend this hotel.
Parking cost extra.
Everything was perfect! I loved this place for making me feel safe, warm, independent and cared for.
I would say the fact that there is no lift and I had to carry heavy luggages up 2 flights of stairs. But really this wasn't a major big deal for me.
Close to city centre Friendly staff who went the extra distance to help
The bed a little hard and more pillows would have been good but that is just a minor thing
everything is nice and good!
only limited wifi available.
Nice place, very reasonable priced. Good kitchen inventory, to cook yourself.
WiFi wasn't working.
ok apartment, everything you need for life is there.
Location is near North station, which is quite convinient. You can reach the city center in 30 min walk. Although apartment is located in a such place, where I wouldn't feel safe to live alone and walk alone in the evenings.. What is worst - ve-e-ery thin walls. You can hear everything what your neighbours do
- equipment - close to Gare du Nord - clean - simple access - very-very-very good price
- free WiFi limit at 600 MB (Skype to my familiy consumes that) - street surface is not the best for luggage with wheels
We stayed there because we didn't find a room in hotels that I am used to use. The place is really quiet and the beds are definitely confortables. The staff were really friendly and helpful, I will stay there when I came back to Brussels.
Despite the location is really near to a train station (almost 8-10 mins walking) the streets at night for reach the hotel are really dark. The wifi is limited, but it's fast.
The whole place reeked of bug spray. We had to wait almost an hour to check in (1 slow employee running the whole place). It's a block from the red light district in an immigrant slum. Got zero sleep, had to keep the windows open due to overpowering bug spray smell and it was noisy outside. I don't care how cheap this place is. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.
everything, i was so impressed, if i will be next time in brussels i choose this aparthotel! so exclusive and good price, good location, near to the center - i recommend
everything was ok :)
Convenient location near the tramway Quiet street Low price Separate bathroom Spacious studio Well-furnished kitchen TV Fast internet connection Easy to enter and exit
Volume of internet traffic per day is limited, you will have to buy an extra voucher if you want more (e.g. video or downloading) Thin doors and walls (but neighbors were fine) A bit of industrial look Some lighting switches at odd places Bed not so comfortable
Staff, location, price, size of room.
No luggage room on reception, neatness.
The room is very big and kitchen and other room facilities very useful. The express check in was really interesting and useful for late check in
Location, value for money
Broken washing machine dryer, no staff to help, limit on wifi use
very friendly and helpful staff
the room was reasonably clean
We did not see a staff member over the week-end.There was no-one at reception.
We were very happy, because of our room position. There was just only one room with a window who is leading on the roof, where You can (or You can't, but there was no sign) walk. And that room was our's.
Reception...We never saw such a strange thing like in Condo gardens. We were traveling 14hours to Brussel, so we were tired as hell, but we couldn't get to our room, because check-in is just from 13.30 on Sundays. (we arrived at 11.30)It could be normal, but there was no bathroom in that two coutch lobby and guy, who is working there were sitting inside and don't give any attention to nobody. Next day people were waiting till 16, because of strange reception working hours, some of them were waiting from 10.30... Other day we desperately tru to talk with a guy and try to ask some info, but it was 5minutes after working hours, so he was talking with us from the distance, trough the glass offise walls...So I think is huge minus, because People can't feel free and cozy. Second thing was shower and tap water presure. It was so strong that You always make lots of splash, even you trying turn on tap very slow.
This is a great value for money hotel . I stayed here for a week for the second consecutive time . Excellent location - walkable from Gare de Nord . The Manager Bart was great and always accessible - he facilitated my early check in and late checkout with ease . If your expectation is a regular hotel with an ever open reception and room service then this wouldn't suit you though :)
Wifi isn't fully free .
Amazing staff saved my life when I lost my train ticket and let me print a new one even staying a little after he was supposed to finish work. Hero. Also flat is good size and great value for money.
It was a little far out and the kettle didn't work.
