Comfortable and homely furnished flats ideally located in the centre of Leuven. Situated in a renovated factory, each flat is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.

The 106 flats each have: a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, living area with TV and in most, a seperate sleeping area.

Our complex has no own bar or resto, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself.
On walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.
At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.

Room information

All flats have a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing stand and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave

The flats are equipped with lots of things e.g. TV, stereo, seats, dining table, 1 or 2 beds, iron and ironing board, wake-up radio, hear-dryer, coffeemaker, lamps, dressboy,... feel yourself "home away from home"

and of course : all kitchen utensils, bedlinnen, towels and sheets are also available.

Area information

Leuven is one of the nicest old cities of Belgium with one of the oldest universities of Europe.
Our complex is in a quiet street at the centre of the city, on walking distance of city-hall, shops, restaurants, bars, musea,....

Please take notice that the reception is only open from 8:00 until 19:00. The manager lives in the complex and can always be reached by telephone, though.

No, I was suppose to stay at Brussels - in city flats and I requested for the same at Leuven office but the administration did not helped me inthis matter and it disaapointed me the entire trip.

It was clean

To be described as a business flat is ridicules, the room and bathroom was damp, the shower cubicle door fell apart every time you tried to open or close it. The bed was uncomfortable and so worn the wooden slats kept falling out.

Many things: the ceiling was too low, there was no soap in the shower,
no trash can, no light next to the bed, the bed was extremely weak (its
structure ruined during the night), the toilet was dark, there was no
chair, but only a bench to sit on the table. It wasn't the worse room of
my life, but for the money I paid I expected much more.

The walls of the appartement are very 'thin'. the neighbours arguing kept me from sleeping.

Thermostat didn't work so it was very hot. Not told to pick up keys from a different address. No breakfast delivered although it was paid for.

The location is excellent, with a nice view to the city hall. It is an appartment in Lei

The beds were like a hammock, really uncomfortable. Although the flat is furnished, they require a lot of fixing. For example the water was dripping all night long. There was not enough hot water for even 2 people and we were 4.

I liked the layout of the flat and it was comfortable.

I did not like that there no phones. Even at the office there was a notice about calling a number if you had any problems, but without a phone I had no way of doing this. For people from Europe they would not expereince this same problem, but it was quite annoying to be over from the States and not have any way of communicating since I did not have my mobile.

I understand it is self catering accomodation, however a complimentary welcome pack of English Tea plus milk would have been nice.

Convience to the city centre

I thought the accomodation was expensive for what it was..
I was unable to stand up in the shower comfortably... and I'm not tall!

Comfortable bed, quiet flat

Very basic, shower ran cold after a few minutes, toilet seat and shower broken. Cheap, but some of the cheaper 1* hotels are better value.
