Large apartment, very close to city center, pribvate heating free wireless internet. Poor construction especially on second floor, used toilet paper, no cleaning or change of sheets during our stay. |

Happy with, quiet, location. On 1st nt was awoken at 00.30hrs by water leaking through ceiling on bed. Rm above taking (lengthy) shower. Judging by (dirty) ceiling this wasn't 1st time. Alerted porter from mobile. He did check and was to contact plumber. Doubt this has been done. Not much sleep 1st night as a result. Be interested in how CL Flats deal with this incident and how to compensate as no feedback to date. |

Booking.com did not state that the apartment is at another location than the reception. Apartment was not clean (hairs and dirt at toilet and bathroom), shower hose broken. |

We liked it. The size was good and cosy. Friendly staff. Breakfast facility. I had a look on the breakfast budget but it was not inspiring. |

renewal of bathrooms - I have been accommodated in CityFlats several time, each time in different room but all bathrooms need renewal |

Room was very cozy and well furnished. Quiet, pleasant atmosphere, with respectful neighbors. Abundant breakfasts. Staff sometimes hard to find-- office not always open during what would be regular U.S. business hours. |

No, I was suppose to stay at Brussels - in city flats and I requested for the same at Leuven office but the administration did not helped me inthis matter and it disaapointed me the entire trip. |

It was clean To be described as a business flat is ridicules, the room and bathroom was damp, the shower cubicle door fell apart every time you tried to open or close it. The bed was uncomfortable and so worn the wooden slats kept falling out. |

Many things: the ceiling was too low, there was no soap in the shower, no trash can, no light next to the bed, the bed was extremely weak (its structure ruined during the night), the toilet was dark, there was no chair, but only a bench to sit on the table. It wasn't the worse room of my life, but for the money I paid I expected much more. |

Location, in Sint Maartenstraat. The walls of the appartement are very 'thin'. the neighbours arguing kept me from sleeping. |

Thermostat didn't work so it was very hot. Not told to pick up keys from a different address. No breakfast delivered although it was paid for. |

The location is excellent, with a nice view to the city hall. It is an appartment in Lei The beds were like a hammock, really uncomfortable. Although the flat is furnished, they require a lot of fixing. For example the water was dripping all night long. There was not enough hot water for even 2 people and we were 4. |
