One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Spacious and modern accomodation. Facilities were excellent including breakfast. Staff were helpful. Very noisy in the evening due to location of family room being next to staircase and reception room |

We came as a family (including 3 children) and we got an extremely large and confortable room. The rooms (2 rooms, one on each floor) were designed very tastfully and were well equipped. Apparently the hotel is quite new so every thing is in excellent condition. |

(1) location is excellent -- close to Brugge, Ghent, & at the same time in the middle of countryside; (2) the hotel kindly provided bikes, free of charge, and we did 35km along the fields, forests and channels -- all tracks are marked & easy to navigate -- this was wonderful, I highly recommend to do; (3) the manager at the hotel was very helpful with information about the area; (4) loose leaf black teas were available at breakfast (much appreciated); (5) good secure parking, overall good landscaping, opportunity to take breakfast outside in the sun. (1) breakfast could be improved by adding just one packet of loose leaf green tea; (2) in my room (on second floor) there was some machine working in the ceiling in the corridor, with constant mechanical noise, this almost drove me crazy -- i tried turning A/C on and off, but it did not help -- and arriving too late, i could not ask for another room; (3) i read in the brochure in my room that sauna costs Euro 50 for 2 hours, this seems prohibitive -- at this rate, better to book another hotel that has spa included. |

The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would certainly return. The location is semi-rural, reasonably close by car to Maldagem (which seemed a small and pleasant town). Reception closes quite early (Sunday night), but the owner made special arrangements for us to pick up the keys when we phoned earlier to say we would be arriving about 9pm. The owner was very helpful with local information when we arrived. The hotel and rooms are finished to a high standard and are of a contemporary design. The shower was very good. The breakfast was good & we had this on the terrace. Unfortunately the adjacent restaurant was closed when we arrived; it looked very attractive. Rooms face adjacent fields not the road, which was good. Cycle hire possible. We were not sure if the car park surface is waiting to be finished, but it had many potholes. |

Quiet and relaxing with spacious rooms and extensive gardens.good breakfasts. Excellent resturants nearby. Bar closes early so that it is not possible to get a late pre bedtime drink at the hotel. not good enough for a 3* hotel. |

We only stayed one night, but room was extremely comfortable. As the hotel was located out of town in the middle of nowhere, and all rooms faced away from the main road, the atmosphere was extremely quiet. All newly refurbished, clean and modern. The restaurant was pricey and had no menu in english |

Walk-in shower, modern, tasteful ambiente, large comfy bed, super breakfast buffet with self-baked rolls and sweet rolls, friendly helpful service. The way the bed was made led me to do my own "hospital corners"; otherwise the sheet might have come loose. |

The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the staff very helpful. The lack of coffee and tea make facilities in the room. As the hotel was far from everything would be nice to have a swimming pool and fitness facilities. The sauna available was not at the same building and we have to pay if we want to use, while in another hotels the use of sauna was free. |

Wij vonden het een erg mooi hotel. Een mooi (design) kamer. 's Avonds hebben wij heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant bij het hotel. 's Ochtends kregen wij een goed ontbijt. Al met al zeker de moeite waard. |

スタッフがとても親切だった。ファミリールームに宿泊したが、階段を上がった２階部が広く、４人でも広すぎ- るくらいだった。アメニティーも充実しており、バスにはジャグジーがついていて気持ちよかった。冷蔵庫のミ- ニﾊﾞｰの飲み物も無料だった。 夕食はホテルのレストランがいっぱいで、ブルージュまで食事に行ったが２０km近くあった。 |

Het hotel én het restaurant zijn fantastisch. De architectuur en de aandacht aan details, zoals licht, ruimte en comfort zijn opvallend. De sfeer in het hotel is erg goed. Jammer dat het hotel naast een drukke snelweg ligt........ Maar bij gesloten ramen heb je daar geen last van! De familiekamer is groot, vooral prettig voor oudere kinderen. Centrale ligging voor stedentripjes! |

Es ist ein kleines, familiär geführtes Hotel mit guter Beratung. Die Lage ist zentral zwischen Gent, Brügge und der Küste und es war absolut ruhig und erholsam. Wie haben auf den Matratzen super geschlafen und uns trotz intensiver Städtebesichtigung gut erholt. Es gab einen tollen Fernseher, leider mit nur einem deutschen Programm. |
