Colombus Hotel  

We thought that the Colombus Hotel was an excellent place. The location was good, the staff were very helpful, the rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast was good and plentiful with a good choice of food. I really can't add any more than this. We were very happy with the hotel and the manager was efficient, helpful and friendly as were all the people who worked there.

I would have preferred to have a personal safe in my room but as they had them at reception this was not too much of a problem. Air- conditioning would be nice but the hotel provides a efficient cooling fan in each room.

It is very old. Breakfast was very poor. Very bad value for money

Old hotel, but clean, quiet & cosy one. Breakfast is simple, but i was fine with it. Reception is very friendly. I enjoyed my stay in Antwerp with Colombus.

Well, I noted, that it was not enough light in the room.

I did not understand the system of payment. Credit card was charged in amount of the first night few weeks before the stay. Then the hotel said that it was reservation and not the payment and asked to pay again for the full stay including the first night. But the money for the first night were not released. It was frustrating. Swimming pool is really small. But it is still nice to be able to stay in water if you are tired.

Location is very good, not far from buss station, main shopping street is only 2-3 minutes walk. Funny elevator:) Internet is free.

Towels a bit worn, but new every day.

Very nice people; confortable room; very good location, near the central station and to the city center, and great beakfast.

Really nice to have a swimming pool, although small, was open really late so possible to use even if working late. staff very nice and went above and beyond expectations to resolve any problems. Good location in between old town and central station

The friendly welcome and generous hospitality were outstanding. The location, close to the staion and the edge of the shopping area, was also excellent.

My prio was: city centre. After hard day work just have a walk for a great choice of food. The room in general was ok. Window that could open en far from noisy and free wireless. But furniture and stuff have an out-dated look. Bed was ok but with blanckets. So not done in my point of view...In general nice people. Special the breakfast lady had a friendly face.

One morning the deskman was rude. One day the floor in the bathroom was not clean. No power-connector near the bed (charging phone, using laptop, ..)
