Location; Very helpfull hotel staff,particullary the lady who has served breakfast on 1st. january morning is excelent. There is on the hotel 2 section.Rear section rooms are ex smoking rooms and totaly dissaster.Smelling,small room,narrow and unconfortable bed for 2 person,etc...2 days later changing room to the front section where the rooms are most convenient.. Strongly recomended that the rear section rooms should be upgraded. |

We had a large room with a good en-suite. The dining room was very well appointed and the breakfasts were very good My wife suffers from asthma and is very sensitive to dust. The carpet needed a good vacuum |

I would like to say all the best about stuff which are really friendly and make your stay at hotel pleasant. Also the location is great, with an excellent possibilities for eating and shopping and see the beauty of old center. The location it self can be also a bit problematic, because tram is bypassing the hotel which means that you will definitely feel the ground shaking. The sound isolation is also a bit problematic but as far as I know is the same in all similar hotels. |

staff was very warm and helpfull. Although located in the main avenue was very silent. Orange juice in breakfast was very good. noisy guest on the top floor. |

Goed bed om te slapen.-matras! vlakbij winkel-centrum. De kamers zijn zeker aan een opfris-beurt toe! Vieze vloerbekleding, TV staat in een hoek ,vanuit bed kan je geen tv kijken. ouderwetse badkamer, foto's op hun website laten andere beelden zien! Zwembad zeer klein . Frigo koelde niet. Veel lawaai door de lift lagen op 4de verdiep met verschrikkelijk uitzicht. |

zeer gezellig om oud en nieuw in antwerpen te vieren en daar was het hotel er een van. Verder vindt ik de boeking via jullie heel goed en gemakkelijk verlopen compliment. |

Centraal gelegen, dicht bij het centraal station, de Meir en het premetrostation Opera. Het hotelpersoneel is vriendelijk. Ruim en lekker ontbijtbuffet. Het hotel is ietwat verouderd (bvb een heel kleine lift, smalle trappen, eerder donkere kamers). Je hoort ook lawaai van de aanpalende kamers. |

Goede ontvangst. Ruime kamer en schoon. Ontbijt was prima met o.a. vers geperste jus d'orange. Perfecte locatie, dichtbij belangrijkste winkelstraten. Openbaar vervoer recht tegenover hotel. Leuk uitzicht, o.a. op de Opera. Erg kleine lift. |
