The comfort of beds, nice room, very close to the metro station, parking No privacy, you can hear almost anything from the other rooms, very weak insonorisation. At 10.00 pm, everybody must be silent ant talk in whisper other wise the receptionist calls the police. |

Stayed one night with my 17-year old son. The room was small, with two single beds, so would not fit additional people. We both liked the decor: simple and modern, which fit the room size perfectly. Room and bathroom very clean, beds extremely comfortable. The evening and morning desk staff were friendly and efficient, and spoke English well. The hotel is easy to find just off the R0 ring road around Brussels, and has its own car park (parking lot). It is also across the street from a Metro stop, so transportation, with or without a car, is very convenient. Unfortunately we left before breakfast was available. Wireless access is 10EUR/day, which we did not pay. There is a computer in the lobby for guest use. |

It's near the place I had to go. If you need to be in the Erasme university, it's nearby. Very expensive wifi internet. Salty food. |

very well located at the terminus of the Erasme metro line. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the brasserie was also of a high standard. Since our purpose was restricted to the Anderlecht area, we were happy with the location. The room was very cramped and the furniture was dated and really basic. The twin beds were barely sufficient for an adult to lie on though the double bed was not even a princess size....definitely not big enough for two adult people to sleep on. The wi-fi connection is not free and there is no market or other resturaunt close by. We reached on a sunday evening and with the in-house resturaunt shut, we had to take the metro to Bizet to get dinner...bit taxing after a long international flight! |

Very courteous staff at check-in, even though I arrived in mid-evening. Spoke perfect English, so put me at ease. Low lighting in the room - difficult to read / study in the evening - but this seems to be common in hotels nowadays. |

Good staff, nice breakfast. There is a free computer conected to the internet in the lobby In the first night, they gave me an old smoking room. After my complain, they said that there were no no-smoking room available in that night and offered me to the change of room in the next night. |

I had reserved an executive (renovated) room (the white one in the photos) and instead I was given an old room. Towels need to be changed! They were old and dirty. |

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly The hotel is not in Brussels, it is by a hospital far, far outside of Brussels. We were under the impression that the hotel was just outside of the city center (4 metro stops), it is 15 metro stops, in the suburbs. Do not stay here if you want to see the Brussles city center. |

The main plus is the Erasme Metro Station (very good and very fast - be aware, they only accept coins at the vending machine and some local card payment system - no visa, no Mastercard/Eurocard or banknotes!!!) that is very near to the hotel on the same street wich allows you to see Bruxelles (great city, many sites to see), the big parking (plus the free places on the street), the price for a hotel with the parking and breakfast free included in Bruxelles, by car it takes only 15 mins at 16-17 o'clock to get in the center wich is very good, Friendly staff Many minuses : Outside looks good, inside looks like an old hospital with poor quality rooms (I had an economy one, but still), it is not very silent when there are people in the other rooms or outside on the terrace (being so near to the train lines it doesn't make too much noise from those !), No a/c or temp. Control, the staff was dresses like for casual day walking not for a working day in a hotel, not such a good price/quality .. I consider that I paid alot for what I have got, finally I would say that is keeps screaming for a renovation this hotel because the position, and the looks it haves are making it a good atraction, I didn't get it why they have bought 500 eur LCD's in the rooms but the doors are antic with old keys, the sheets are also very old (but clean) |

The internet "special" turned out to be a room you might expect in Bulgaria--no air conditioning, no top sheet on the bed, people talking and laughing underneath our window until after midnight, no extra pillow available, more like a jail cell than a hotel room. |

Good value for money. Breakfast was ok. Located very close to Public transport Station. Bathroom door would not close. Soap in the room was used. Smell of smoke all over the room and halls. Not that easy to find by car. |
