The internet "special" turned out to be a room you might expect in Bulgaria--no air conditioning, no top sheet on the bed, people talking and laughing underneath our window until after midnight, no extra pillow available, more like a jail cell than a hotel room. |

Good value for money. Breakfast was ok. Located very close to Public transport Station. Bathroom door would not close. Soap in the room was used. Smell of smoke all over the room and halls. Not that easy to find by car. |

The service was excellent, we arrived at 11pm and had not eaten dinner and even thought the restaurant had closed the chef went out of his way to cook us a delicious meal!!! No, it was fantastic value for money, and really clean!! |

the hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and great. When I arrived a baby bed was already set up for my baby and the room was perfectly set up for both of my children. The hotel is only a couple minute walk away from the metro station. Great hotel and perfect for families. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

The good ratio price/quality, the spacious room, the rich choice of TV channels. Even if it is a bit out of city center it is very close to metro station and the center cna be reached in 15min. |

Good and easy access roads for those who come by car. Room where I stayed in was too noisy as it was facing the access road to the Brussels O-ring (there's a lot of traffic even during the night!); floor carpet and bath room equipment were really old. |
