Excellent location. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Nice (but slow) staff in the brasserie.
Never enough parking in the evenings. Hotel treats wi-fi as though it is some kind of special privilege. Climate control in the rooms a challenge.
Personally, I liked the staff, the cleaners whom you do not see but whose work is priceless for your stay (thank you!) and the fact that for restricted budget, I had stylish room, matching furniture, beautfiul bathroom, bed linen better than in some 4 star hotels. Lovely. I liked t he walk to the metro station, lovely nature and trees.
The room had a good size and it was pretty comfortable and clean. The wifi worked perfectly. There's a metro station close (it's the last stop from one of the belgium's lines metro).
I don't think the breakfast was worth 10 euros. For those wanting to go out in the city center in the night time, it might be problematic as the metro closes early around 12:20pm. But you can always take a cab which will cost around 30 euros or more.
Friendly staff, perfect for short stay

generaly OK hotel
2 single beds to make up for a twin bed is not very comfortable!!
Cheap, easy parking, no frills.
Bathroom was not very clean, breakfast ran out so I was offered bread and coffee!
Excellent WIFI. Breakfast good value for money. Free parking. Metro close by hence good access to Brussels downtown.
Once the bar is closed, you don't get anything. No snacks, water or whatever. No shops close by.
free car parking, quiet surroundings
wifi system with entering login/password every 30 minutes
Our mattresses were terrible and should have been thrown out years ago! My wife and I both had a sleepiness night.
Good value for money Proximity to ULB
The Metro station is about 400 metres away and it is very convenient to travel to the centre of Brussels. All of the staff we encountered were friendly The bar downstairs had a great atmosphere. Good value for money. We thought breakfast also sound value.
easy access to city centre - metro 5 minutes walk and 30 minutes ride. helpful staff
a bit bland
A very good hotel situated closely to the subway. Quiet, clean, with nice staff, speaking both English and French. Breakfast was rather wide, cookies were especially delicious.
When we came to the dining-room for the breakfast there was lack of some food, for example, ham. Most probably it happened because breakfast time was finishing.
The staff were friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast, good selection especially the pastries.
The room was a bit dark. There was no main light for the room, it was just a little light close to the door and 2 small bedside lights next to the bed.
Room was very clean & staff on duty were very helpful.
The chef went home early as it was quiet so we were unable to obtain an evening meal.
bed was comfortable good breakfast choice 10 euros free parking staff helpful
decor needed updating
Free parking, easy access to city center (metro) and to the speedway network.
Bathroom Free parking Quiet Sheets and towels clean
Unfriendly staff - playing with his self phone not giving us attention at all and they were not ralking English it seemed like they diddnt want to work and they were bored! Dirty carpet in the room, dust everywhere and the bed mattress was also really dirty! The hotel is near metro but the area is creepy and at night it seems a bit dangerous!
Not a good behavior of people there, everything looks very old the executive rooms was almost like normal room it was quite expensive respect to a 5 star hotel While i went through booking we supposed to have 20% discount but at the end nothing
Parking was free of charge. Wi-fi did work well.
The "warm welcome" at the reception made me almost to go somewhere else (if not the on-line booking I would have definitely do that.) It's rather a cheap motel than a hotel. They offer very basic accommodation, extremely small and dark rooms, no cosmetics in the bathroom. And you definitely need ears stoppers if you want to sleep. Otherwise you will hear everything what is happening at the farthest end of the corridor.
very nice room,comfy bed,good facilities,friendly helpful staff.
miles away from shops.
Parking free excellent
Well located in relation to Brussels Expo. Easily accessible. Comfortable, clean and welcoming
Location very convenient for both Road and the excellent Metro system
The poor guys in the restaurant are under severe pressure when busy they need help, restaurant is not owned by the hotel. Great guys but too much to do!
