all was OK as expected
The hotel is close to the metro, with free parking, ideal for visiting the centre of Brussels. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.
The restaurant was closed during our stay (new year's weekend) which was a little inconvenient but not surprising. The room smelled of fresh paint, but we aired it all day the first day and the smell was almost gone so it's not a lasting problem.
Close to metro station Erasme and therefore close to Stade Constant Vanden Stocke / staff on arrival / good Wifi in room
Staff on departure (no 'goodbye' or anything) / breakfast buffet had a rather small selection / glasses at breakfast buffet were filthy / first room wasn't made
Not expensive - basics
Friendly staff, close to METRO. Comfortable quarters and quiet at night.
Price a bit high at times
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, good facilities, very good price rate.
The location is quite far from the town centre & the internet connection requires a specific set up to be made in order to have access .
The car parking
price, comfortable room
bad location, hard to get to city
Closeby highway, makes for a good one night stopover.
Pillows were uncomfortable and walls of rooms are very thin. Several times during the night we heard people shouting along the hallway and loud knocks on doors, thinking it was ours. We had very unsettling sleep.
proximity t the hospital, proximity to metro station
no food options for vegetarians and no restaurants nearby serving veg food. if you are a vegetarian please stock up your meal from the store in ULB shopping complex
Parking close to door
Second visit and second dirty bathroom. Not impressed.
We booked late and found by chance this hotel, which offered rooms at very reasonable rates. Very good value for money. We particularly liked the location close to the metro station, which brings you within 18 minutes right into the city centre for a little money. Perfect: parking place close by behind the the hotel.
I don't want to complain at all, but the breakfast has room for improvement - sorry
staff dont care, old rooms
Unfriendly staff. Very bad breakfast
1. Instead of double bed they put two single ones with wheels, so when my 2 years old daughter moved to the middle of the beds during her sleep they got separated and she fell down between the "connected" beds. 2. Away from city centre. 3. Breakfast for 10 euros just for coffe and croissant. 4. Breakfast in front of reception.
Location close to the metro, very easy to access from the ring with a car. Good price during the week end. Good bed and very nice room. The brasserie is very useful and food is pretty nice.
The smell in the room the first day.
Location is good for metro system and quiet location ,
Bar and food option closed early and no local shops for food.
Wonderful quiet location outside central Brussels with plenty of parking. Very helpful front desk staff. Unfortunatly the maids did not fill or refill the shampoo dispenser or give more than two tiny soaps for a long stay.
friendly and helpful staff. Comfort and IT facility
Excellent location. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Nice (but slow) staff in the brasserie.
Never enough parking in the evenings. Hotel treats wi-fi as though it is some kind of special privilege. Climate control in the rooms a challenge.
Clean room, direct metro connection to the city centre
Metro journey Takes 18 minutes, not a big problem
Personally, I liked the staff, the cleaners whom you do not see but whose work is priceless for your stay (thank you!) and the fact that for restricted budget, I had stylish room, matching furniture, beautfiul bathroom, bed linen better than in some 4 star hotels. Lovely. I liked t he walk to the metro station, lovely nature and trees.
The room had a good size and it was pretty comfortable and clean. The wifi worked perfectly. There's a metro station close (it's the last stop from one of the belgium's lines metro).
I don't think the breakfast was worth 10 euros. For those wanting to go out in the city center in the night time, it might be problematic as the metro closes early around 12:20pm. But you can always take a cab which will cost around 30 euros or more.
Friendly staff, perfect for short stay
