Niente. Struttura da sconsigliare. Pulizia carente e struttura molto invecchiata

Aggressività del personale. Scortese e arrogante. Essendo una struttura molto frequentata pensano di potere trattare I clienti al limite della maleducazione. Da tanti anni frequentò il Belgio ma non ho mai trovato personale così maleducato

Camere puzzolenti di fumo, bagno sporco, asciugamani sporchi, personale poco disponibile. Non è da circuito booking.

Cortesia, disponibilità dello staff, soprattutto usano anche la lingua italiana e questo ti faceva piacere.

Comodo se si è in auto , con parcheggio all' interno , 300m dalla metropolitana . buon rapporto prezzo /qualità , camere non molto grandi ma pulite , buona la colazione e personale disponibile.

Internet connection in room is not very good

The rooms were very clean and comfy! LEss than 10 minutes walk to nearest metro station. Friendly Staff.

Breakfast was too simple. On our first breakfast, Coffee machine was faulty but there was another one from the bar which we had to ask for it. Hot water dispenser was faulty, this was all fixed only when the boss arrives.

Hotel location was great for what I needed. Rooms were nice and clean. Great showers...

Surpisingly when the hotel is fully booked from groups from the UK for the show we were there for the hotel early in the evening ran out of food and drink. Only salad left and manager was very unhelpful in helping us and fellow travellers arrange food to be delivered from take a ways.. The bar quickly ran out of soft drinks and beers. Didnt stock spirits either. Would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean and quiet and breakfast was good. Staff were efficient and friendly.

The beds were soft and quite narrow but fine for one night.

Although somewhat far from city center, the hotel is located on direct Metro line that takes you downtown within 25-30 minutes. It is also very conveniently placed just within Erasmus University campus - if that's your destination there's no better place to stay. Wi-Fi access free of charge. Staff is friendly and trying to be helpful. Bar / restaurant - poor but available indoors. Large supermarket within walking distance.

If you are offered a room on the ground floor - check the sewerage system functionality before you take the room... Cleaning staff just shows up to change your towels, avoiding the cleaning job as long as possible... Restaurant menu is quite poor and its staff seems to be at daggers drawn with the hotel employees - so look out not to get in between!...

Actually, everything was fine. Breakfasts were better than in european hotels where i've been before. Hotel is situated in a pretty nice district next to ulb and Erasme Hospital. City center is pretty far from the hotel, but it's not gonna be a problem cause there is 'metro' station next to the hotel.

My room was cleaned everyday, though I left the 'Do not disturb' note on my door.
