Cosy hotel. We used the outdoor restaurant and experienced that we did not get what we ordered. However, it might be that language difficulties (the waitress a non english or german speaker) and consequently we did not communicate well. From an international view ithis language problem seems rather strange. |

It was a pretty place The attitude of the staff was not welcoming, in fact it bordered on rudeness. . |

Quiet hotel and reasonably good food. On Thursday 22 May on leaving my room to go to breakfast I found that the electricity was off on our floor. I worked my way along to the staircase in total darkness only to find that at the bottom of the staircase a fire shutter was down and I could not get out. No-one responded to my calling and after 15 minutes the lady receptionist arrived for work and opened the shutter door. Frightening !! |

The Location, lovley building in a beautiful town. We were doing a tour of the Battle of the Bulge and this was the ideal base. Very few English speaking staff, however what did I expect in rural Belgium? The freindly staff tried to be very helpful but there was a general communication problem. I would not recommend this Hotel unless the guest could speak French or was learning the landguage in which case I would strongly recommend this Auberge experience. |

Location was convenient. They charged me 90 Euro per night per room, however booking.com stated it would be 82 Euro per room per night. The hotel would not adjust their price despite showing proof of prearranged price. |
