The quality of the bed was quite poor

The large studio has a lot of space and easy to parking in neighborhood. After 7pm its free to park untill 9 am.

The kitchen equipment needs to be replaced. The interior design of the studio was ok, but the stair railing and balcony railing was very fragile. Would not recommend it for staying with kids. Also some furniture need to be replaced.

Lovely, clean room. Very secure and quiet hotel.

Very noisy due to thin walls

This flat-studio building is very bad isolated. You can hear everything through the carboard walls. A lot of strangers (east-european) stay there and make a lot of noice during all night. If some guys are 'entertaining' their girlfriends you can enjoy it all night. Heating is poor. Electrical heating with old and small electric heating. It's very smelly. Dangerous also, high risk of fire! Television is showing more snow than image. Elevator is old, unsafe for children and makes a lot of noice too. Beds are terrible bad and not clean. A smell of cooked dinner is always present in the hall. In some rooms you can hear rodents walking behind the walls or ceilings. The water cooker needs to be desinfected before using, unless you want to get ill. Furiture is old, used an too fragile to be used for housing people. Rooms need to be cleaned also under the beds please. Do I really need to go on?

Name of hotel not easily recognizable from street - called Be Housing, no sign referring to Condo Gardens Antwerp. Hotel charged my credit card without asking for my preferred method of payment. When I stated I would like to pay for my room with cash instead, I was told that it was too late, I would have to contact the head office, which had already closed for the day. I was not provided with a receipt. Upon arrival to my room, there were 2 men with tattoos smoking and drinking beer in the hall way. The bathroom had a raw sewage smell.

This was the worst accommodation. The sound insulation is inexistent so I hardly slept all night. I can hear neighbour brushing his teeth. We left after 1st night of 3 booked and paid for alternative accommodation. The mattress was so old and batterred even I can find better ones dumped in the street. There was no cooking pans and we never got our extra blankets and bulbs (to replace broken ones). The place was also dirty with bird poo on the beam upstairs. Last but not least, the last floor is not compliant with fire regulations with no emergency exit signs and no fire extinguishers.

Location, good value for money and space

No external window in the studio

It was a cheap and nice with all the facilities at the studio. You can storage food and cook. In resume the small studio is confortable for a couple,and for us has the most economical solution to stay in Antwerp.

My only complain was the fact that during one day we've gone without water. That problem was resolved during the evening.

The price and the layout of the room were amazing!

At random times the entire room would smell horrible.

De lift was broke & it was repaired by de evenin.....i let de manager no de microwave was broke she replaced me wid a new one straight away.....overall was happy wid my stay
