Spacious apartments.

There were no staff on site during our stayover the weekend. There was a notice saying how we could contact staff, but were warned that this would carry a financial penalty. In fact the flats were festooned with warning notices, giving the impression that we were lucky to be allowed in at all. The flats were extremely dirty and dusty. The beds were inadequate - one was broken!

I liked the big rooms with the kitchen. Very clean and lots of room. Location a a bit far away from the centre to walk but taxi's are ok.

It was good basic accommodation. In spite of being advertised as "quiet" we found it rather noisy especially at night. Also we found the "No Smoking" request was consistently ignored. However, the room was spacious and well equipped. All equipment worked except the bedside ight which was changed as soon as we mentioned this to the caretaker. Communal areas were scruffy and well used and the lift broke down on the last day we were there. This did not cause us any great problem but would have been difficult for a less mobileperson. The stairs were narrow and steep especially the final stairway leading to our room which was on the top floor. The hotel was well placed for sightseeing in antwerp and we were able to walk to the centre and all attractions. All in all a reasonable experience for the price

The location is within an industrial zone, no parking available, not clean, the fact that it's has to be secured by a coded gate says it all. Not suitable for family stay, as most of the guests are travelled workers and truck drivers. It offers nothing else than an overnight sleep. Staff was ok (only 1 recepionist...). No wonder they charge you with reservation...

Good location, clear room, silent place, good service - it is like your own little flat in other country. 15-20 minutes by fit to station or center of the city.

Very cheap accommodation. Location was close enough to city centre to walk.

Room smelt damp and mouldy. Wallpaper peeling, stains on walls. Very thin walls, we heard the distinctive bed creaking of a couple going at it every night we were there. Staff would not call for taxis, or help at all when the overpriced washing machine took my money, saying it wasn't their responsibility. Requested a double bed, but was not told until I arrived that there were none.

Although check-in was not until 4pm the manager kindly let us book in early which was welcoming especially after a long flight.

Room was dusty and smelt of animals

We loved everything, except for 2 things. 1 would be the thin walls, We could overhear pretty much everything that happened in the rooms besides us, which is not very pleasant when there are kids fighting in the other room. The second thing is the terrible WIFI connection. We paid for the "fast connection" but it was hardly fast enough to load websites. We didn't even get access to it until the 2nd day (even though we paid for the first day too) because a password was not included in the welcome letter.
