New Continental Brussels Business Flats  

Excellent location for anyone needing quick access to Avenue Louise and surroundings, and also just a short walk from interesting parts of Ixelles and St Gilles. Good transport links. Good wireless connection.

The location is very convenient. THe flat is large.

The bathroom is not convenient (too small, no place to put the towels) and really needs to be renoved. The room also needs to be renoved.

Convenient, good proximity to Tram and Metro-

Heating noth sufficient for cold March weather. Cleaning lady forgot to lock my door after emtying the waste bin! How many hours was the door open. The computer inside visible, but I was happy it wasn't stolen.

Poor maintainance. Needs serious renovation.

The flats were a very good location for having a beer at night and doing tourist activities during the day. 24hour bar in the area as well as some good reasonable eating places.

I was very dissapointed when dealing with the staff. As friendly as they are they were not very efficient and seemed to lack any sort of real management. Before I traveled I payed for the apartments in full(a cost of £1200). When we arrived the keys were in a lock box at the front door and the code that we had been given didnt seem to work. Thankfully there was an emergency contact number to get another code but have to say it was a time of panic as to where 15 of us were going to sleep. Also after returning home I had correspondance with the hotel on 3 seperate occasions looking for payment. To finally rectify this problem I had to send them the confirmation emails showing my receipt of payment of which had received from them, as well as the exact date and amount that had been paid into their account. After a week and several emails/phone calls later the matter was sorted out with an apology.

Close to a supermarket, and laundromat -all within 3 minute walk Tram just up the road . Safe and secure apartments fully self contained - James Lambert who works there helped out immensely

Comfortable, convenient, especially kitchenette.

Tv did not work. No coffee or tea available. No staff available in evening.

In a good area near great shopping and has good links to centre

Needs a refresh. Beds etc were excellent but shower, bathroom, kitchen all need some work

Large room, well organised and comfortable. Excellent wifi connection. Lot of restaurants and shops in the surroundings.

At night I could feel the "pumping" bass from the disco at the gorund floor. Nothing unbearable, since my apartment was at the third floor, but this may get worse at lower floors.

As no additional bed was assured for the kid, we were offered a better studio for no additional price. The studio's kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed - dishes, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, hot water cane, stove and so on. The hotel was close to transport - both to the center, to other parts of the city and to Midi station. The service was very good - people were very friendly. The studio had lots of space and was quite nice and cozy.

The maid came at 15.00 in the afternoon, when we were asleep, but probably we should have left the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

Good location. Free and easy to use WiFi. Not expensive. Large rooms. Friendly staff.

I have stayed here many tmes over the years, but now it seems that the the flatel is getting worn down a bit. Rooms and furniture are worn, and some small things might be missing. I understand that there was a recent change in management/owners, and I am not yet sure if this will improve things or not.

The location was great. Not too far away from restaurants and public transportation.

The electronic gadgets could upgraded.

Location ok, fairly quiet, decent staff - called to leave instructions on late check in.

Non-existent wifi except for blackberry. Spent a lot of time trying to connect computer but failed even with expert help. Major disadvantage. No guidance on where to leave key on checkout.

Spacious flat.

The flat that was given to us, faced a construction site. The workers started work early so we were awaken by 7.30am. It was dusty. The fans were not cleaned and cottons of dust/dirt were all over.

Poor parking possibilties. Rooms in different buildings.

Excellent staff, very helpful and nice.,thank you all . Good location near avenue Louise(with restaurants,coffee, shops, mini markets, tram station all 5-10 minutes away). We had a room at the first floor with a balcony and a beautiful garden view ,with big trees and birds singing ,very quiet and relaxing. Lucky us: the bars at ground floor are closed for the moment and the location was really quiet. We spend good time here and we will come again.

They do the cleaning only once a week (it is mentioned in the reservation) .There is no hair dryer.

Lots of space! Good kitchen in the appartement. Excellent location. Nice that you can park but the entrance is very small.

The hotel is very close to avenue louise. The room was big enough and it is like a studio with a nice balcony and it looks clean but it wasnt really clean. And I think it wasnt worth of the money but in this location I havent any other choice. İ can say that you can stay for 2 nights.

The rooms are old and shabby-looking, poor maitanence of the ultra small kitchen and the bathroom. The VIP flats have more of a dormitory feel. For this price you can find better places.

Spacieux, les chambres coté jardin sont tres calmes. Au 5ième, jolie vue sur le jardin et le palias de justice.

L'equipement commence a etre vétuste, ou en tout cas a largement "fait son temp". Un coup de jeune s'impose !

O espaço do quarto.

O elevador. Péssima qualidade do espaço interior com maus acabamentos. A entrada não é tão má, mas ganharia com um upgrade.
