Very central and nice staff. The backyard is very well tought
Breakfast could have been richer on choise. No croissant or similar when I Belgium is disappointing.
Wonderful hotel and bar! I recommend booking or stopping in for a beer when you're in Bruges. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff especially Mathias and Gil (sp?) and fabulous beer list. Amazing location (Just steps from the Grote Markt) and affordable rooms. Breakfast was filling and convenient. Five stars!
Maids came into our room even when we had the do not disturb sign on the door..... everything else was GREAT!
Central location, just around the corner from Markt. Excellent and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Rose Red Cafe downstairs is an excellent addition.
Near everything (including city parking); cozy bar downstairs for beer tasting
minimal soundproofing but everyone is respectfully quiet
Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Good bar. Great value for money.
Improve the quality of the matresses on the beds.
It was really close to the market square and it has a darling bar what name is RoseRed Caffe.
Nice and warm. Good breakfast selection. Great location in historic area, close to shops and attractions.
Housekeeping lady in dining room at breakfast was miserable. No tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. Difficult to find a nearby car park. No hair dryer.
Hotel was spot on. Staff were very knowledgeable, nothing was a bother to them. City was lovely, lots to do.
great money value. Too good to be a two star. Excellent room, location, services, staff, free buffet breackfast. No complains.
Friendly helpful staff. Great hotel location. The Rose Red next door is a super bar for sampling fine Belgium beer in a relaxing environment.
all of it
none of it
Breakfast was hot and tasty no matter what time we went. Rooms were comfortable but small. Staff were helpful with questions and check-in/out.
Space was a little tight for four in a 'family room'.
Stuff airless room
Best location, very central.
Very small room, quality of bedding and towels poor. Bed not level it felt like we were sleeping downhill with non-existent pillow.
The hotel could not be more central. The staff kind and helpful. We particularly liked the delicious breakfasts, lots of variety. There is also a lovely bar/restaurant and outside seating area. Excellent value for money.
The location was fantastic, just off the main Markt square and a few minutes walk to Burg Square Good breakfast with the room price.
Room and bathroom very small
Location Staff Red Rose Cafe Wifi Pet Dog!
No drink making facilities in room Tiny Bathroom
Nice comfortable room Good location Nice breakfast
No Coffee in room Stairs to 3rd floor
The speciality beers in the bar.
We were on the second floor and my wife found it very tiring with the steep stairs
stairs not good for older people
The front desk staff was great as was the attached bar. We met several couples we had nice chats with. A neighbor hood pub feeling.
The room was extremely small. No room for two suitcases and the space at the foot of the bed was less than two feet. A small round table on the far side of the room with two padded benches and a suitcase stand were the only furniture and it was very tight. The bed was a little hard, but we slept OK.
Enclosed courtyard with waiter service.
No adjacent parking, impossible to put drinks on the bill.
The staff was excellent. They provided great suggestions, were very knowledgeable about beer and we're happy to talk to you. Breakfast was great and location was fantastic.
Bathroom was a bit akward as it was just a sliding door. Sometimes strange when staying with friends
very friendly and helpful staff Excellent breakfast
The staff was helpful and the location was good. They arranged a pickup from the airport and to the train station. That was excellent! Also, they arranged a tour to Giverny which was so easy to and from.
The beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was the same thing every day! No fresh fruit. I figured being in France we would have delicious breakfast pastries, but no. Boring breakfast, no toaster.
