Excellent Breakfast Friendly staff Helpfull

The atmosphere: they were very friendly and welcoming. And the location is perfect: heart of town, but quiet.

The bed was a bit bumpy

The room was very small and you struggled to move in the bathroom it was so small!

yes the rooms are smallish but unless you hang out alot in them it doesnt matter. The shower was a bit old and grubby

The hotel staff was awesome! They all were super friendly and very helpful! We checked out early and they packed us a to go breakfast bag which was unexpected and great! We will definetly stay again and recommend this hotel to our friends and family! We had an amazing time!

Loved the cozy bed and breakfast feel. The staff were very knowledgeable, warm and helpful. We loved the Rose Red Cafe connected to the hotel. Close to Grote Markt

The balance price/quality Was really good, the hotel is very well located, 3 minutes from the main square, the staff is really nice and aviable for any problems. The breakfast Was included in the price and Was really good!

The only negative thing Was that the bed sheets got dirty of blood for nose bleeding and nome changed them

Location could not be beat - just half-block off Market Square and tucked away on a quiet street. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. It was great to have the continental breakfast and Cafe Rose is quite excellent.

When checking out, we heard others being quoted rooms for two for 30 Euros less than we paid - perhaps there is a reason for that. Some type of lift for luggage would be helpful, especially for top floors.

The breakfast was good. The staff was really awesome.

The bathroom was extremely small and the shower head was broken. Parking was very inconvenient.

i will definitely reccomend this lovely Hotel. Staff was very friendly, young and cool. The cafe/bar had great ambience and a fantasctic selection of belgian beers and I was given a detailed explanation on the different types. The location couldn't be better and although in the heart of bruges the hotel is located in a very quiet little street. Excellent value for money.

It's hard to find any criticism. The only minor thing I would say is that there was dust under the beds.

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast to set you up for a days sightseeing. Lovely cosy café/bar with vast selection of Belgium beer and good coffee and hot chocolate too!

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere in the bar was one of the best in a hotel we have experienced. Try the 4 sample beers offer for 10 euros.

Bedroom a bit dated but clean

Mattresses /beds a bit small, shower/toilet not really seperate from room. No Tea / coffee making facilities

The atmosphere of an old place. The bar in the evenings was very pleasant.

There was construction going on while we were there which was a bit disturbing.

The associated 'Café Rose Red' has a a very fine menu of carefully selected Belgian beers.

Very good hotel in the very center of the city where you can feel real Bruges.
