Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Good location, comfortable rooms, English-speaking staff a bonus. Inclusive breakfast in the morning filling and varied. Allowing dogs into the breakfast room in the morning who are accompanied by people who cannot control them. |

Good continental breakfast I'm British so don't like to complain but...the room was unclean, the pillows were too small and smelly, there was no iron (press) for guest use in the hotel, there was only one chair with the table in the room(?) there was poor quality and stained bedroom furniture (yuk!) and our daughter slept on the sofa as her bed was smelly and uncomfortable... |

Tous cette hôtel est super!!! Il est calme, on peux s'y repose en toutes tranquilité.. Le petit déjeuner est très bien ,et vous pouvez venir 10 minutes avant la fin du déjeuner , il y a encore de tous!!!! Je vous le recommande franchement... |

Het is een aangenaam hotel met zeer goede kamers. Ook de ligging is ideaal. Zeker een aanrader om terug te doen. Ontbijt buffet was ruimtelijk nogal krap: tafels + stoelen dichtbij buffet.Tijdens hoog seizoen zijn de parkeermogelijkheden waarschijnlijk rot slecht. |

Nous avons une famille de 2 jeunes gens et 2 enfants; les chambres sont spacieuses (pas de promiscuité); le personnel est très aimable et les restaurants à disposition sont excellents; en tant que francophones nous sommes très bien acueillis, c'est dans l'esprit de Nieuwport. |

L'accueil est très sympathique et le personnel tout à fait disponible. Les chambres et le petit-déjeuner correspondent aux exigences de cette catégorie d'établissement. Le restaurant et la brasserie attachés à l'hôtel offre une cuisine généreuse qui manque de finesse. |

Hotel bien tenu globalement et bien situé. Un personnel gentil mais parfois absent ou oubliant les requêtes des clients (téléphone non réparé et fléxible de douche qui fuit non réparé également). Élement temporaire: un bâtiment est en cours de construction en face de l'hôtel et les travaux commencent à 6h du matin tapantes ! |

Mooi hotel, heel goed restaurant, hebben er 's avonds het maandmenu gegeten dat echt aan te bevelen is, zeer vriendelijke bediening.Ontbijt was iets minder. Wij hebben overnacht in kamer 114, 't was er warm en bij het openen van de venster stoorde het geluid van één of andere motor, dus venster dicht en veel te warme kamer. Dit probleem zal zich op een andere kamer niet voordoen vandaar dat wij het hotel zeer goed vinden. |

Die De-Luxe-Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben ein sehr schönes Bad mit einer separierten Toilette. Wir hörten keinerlei Nebengeräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern. Beim Frühstück fehlten, meiner Meinung nach, als Beilage Tomaten und Gewürzgurken. Die Eierspeisen,in der sogenannten "Warmhalteplatte", waren kalt. |

Le repas proposé en demi-pension au restaurant ,pas bon du tout.....de la "nouvelle cuisine" probablement !!! mais décevant.Le comilfo aurait- il changé de chef ou de style de cuisine ?Très dommage pour un hotel où nous avons séjourné de nombreuses fois avec bonheur .Je le recomanderai sans le restaurant désormais. |

De jongen aan het onthaal was heel vriendelijk. We hadden een kamer voor 3 geboekt. Het derde bed bleek echter een oude zetel te zijn waar een bed van kon gemaakt worden. Het comfort van dat derde bed was ondermaats. De kamer was verouderd en zeker geen 160€ waard. Ze straalde totaal geen gezelligheid uit. De schakelaars en stopcontacten zaten los en de TV was nog een klein oud model (niet meer van deze tijd). De gangen deden denken aan een hospitaal, inclusief de tasso tegen de muren en de geur. Ook de liften zijn oud. Het ontbijt is zeer druk en het personeel onderbemand. Vele produkten op het ontbijtbuffet waren niet voorradig en moesten, na vraag van de klanten, worden bijgehaald. Dit verwacht je in Euro Disney maar niet in Nieuwpoort. We hebben uiteindelijk een andere kamer gehad. |
