The first room we were given had a tiny bathroom. When we asked we were given a complimentary upgrade to another room (same) with a much larger bathroom. The hotel is close to all the things you want to see in Ghent. Our room was on the street but there were few night noises. |

The room had not been checked beforehand. There were dead mosquitoes in the bath and squashed on the walls complete with their blood! The decor was dated & whole hotel needs modernisation. Towels were very old and 1 had large hole in it. We changed rooms after first night but second one was the same. Would not stay here again. |

It was one of the worst hotels I have been in Belgium. Very old furniture, bad look from the window plus they will charge your card and than block the same amount on top of that. |
