Pleasant hotel with comfortable lobby & bar area. Staff were welcoming, helpful and multilingual. Rooms were of excellent standard and interconnecting rooms were available (good for families). Fridge rather than minibar in room and small shop in lobby a sensible option, and a large supermarket within a short walk. Breakfast included with our weekend promotion, so a good value for a weekend break. Hotel out of centre, on the way to airport, so travel to centre an issue, but close to suburban train and trams to town. Breakfast was expensive as a separate item. Internet access was an expensive item, but there was a deal for a drink and an hour surfing in the lobby for 5 Euro, which seemed reasonable. |

Cleanliness, good access + parking The fact that there is no minibar in the room and you have to buy at the reception. I arrived late (23.30pm) and there was nothing to eat available. No more room service after 22.00pm |

We liked the cleanliness and the impressive reception, bar and restaurant open area. Very convenient for the motorways and the centre of Brussels. The fitness and sauna centre was quiet and pleasant with two large TVs with english channels. Room temperature was well maintained. Staff spoke good english and were efficient. The breakfast was good by continental standards. No, everything was fine. |

It was a very nice, apparently new hotel. By far the nicest Courtyard hotel I've stayed in. Very convenient to the airport and area businesses. This was way overpriced for a Courtyard. The location is not good for sightseeing or shopping and finding a reasonable, good restaurant other than the also overpriced hotel restaurant was a challenge. Once you learn the tricks of transportation to and from this hotel, it's not as isolated. I would recommend it with the price and isolation caveats. |

The front desk manager was great and extremely helpful! The staff in the breakfast buffet area were constantly going in and out of a back room and the door slammed with a very loud bang every time they entered. |

It was close to the Brussel's airport, had a 24 hour gym facilities and was in walking distance to a supermarket. Although the website said that it was halfway between the airport and city center, it was much closer to the airport and there was no easy acess to the city center of any nightlife, shopping or business meetings venues. One had to take a cab or go wait for a bus. |

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en het is het enige hotel in brussel waar je geen extra kosten hebt voor een kind in de kamer. Zeer schoon. Bed voor mijn zoon was keurig verzorgd. Het enige is dat mijn partner erg angstig is in liften. Vannuit de sauna/fitnessruimte kan je alleen de lift nemen naar de kamer. |

Prima, ruime kamer, alles voorhanden incl. waterkoker; heerlijk. (Gedeeltelijk) Erg vriendelijk personeel dat hulp bood bij lege accu bij terugkomst; super- service! De chagrijnige dame die geen woord Nederlands sprak en matig Engels bij aankomst. Alles echter wel goed geregeld. |

Lamentavelmente, e com surpresa minha a organização do staff, quer no serviço de recepção, quer no serviço ao pequeno almoço, deixou muito a desejar. |
