The location in the heart of the EC district is the really big plus point for this good quality hotel. It's a nice place for sure, but otherwise fairly and isolated. |

Nice hotel and staff. Metro near the hotel for visiting town. This hotel is in business area and in a most expensive region of Brussels. Is ok if you have business to do in that area with all European Commissions near the hotel. Who is thinking to spend a weekend is much better to chose another hotel in another area. |

Good value for money! Really nice rooms and very good localisation, just over the metro station - 2 minutes by metro to the city center! Only take into consideration that during the weekend this European area is totally empty and you will have to go to the center to eat something. Helpful staff - we were very satisfy with the quality of that hotel. |

The staff were friendly, the room comfortable enough, and as I got a cheap last-minute deal the price was good for a hotel of this category in Brussels. The hotel is situated on a busy road, and the European quarter is not one of the city's most charming areas. Compared to its sister hotel in Brussels (Crowne Plaza Brussels City Centre Le Palace), the Europa is decidedly less "luxurious" (though correspondingly cheaper). Internet access is expensive and this was a disappointment when other hotels in the city offer it for free. |

The Hotel is loacated close to the European Union buildings (Commission etc) so would be a good options for those visiting Brussels who have business to do with these institutions. The air con dis not work in the room, you have to request hotel staff to open the window, so the rooms can get very warm and stuffy. However, everything else was very good. |

Location was good. The TV in my room was not working and I had to call twice before it was fixed. When I first entered the room, some amenities like the Kleenex box was empty. Hotel staff promptly brought me a box after I asked. |

Accessing the metro was within 50 meters, however directions from the staff were inaccurate and provided in a condescending in tone. Rooms were rundown with some furniture so badly stained that it was deemed unsanitary to set our luggage on it. Windows did not shut making for banshee-screams when the wind kicked up and amplification of traffic noise in one room. Room temperature controls were inoperable in 2 out of 3 rooms we were moved to. Hot water maker was already damp with moldy coils so we could not use it. We were able to leave our luggage in a storage room after check out to be picked up later, however the room was not locked nor monitored and easily accessable to anyone. Breakfast Buffet way too expensive. |

Its proximity to my meeting venue. The hotel is rated 4* however it was more of a 3* rating and reminded me of an IBIS or Holiday Inn. Dissappointing. |

Nothing in particular, but the bathroom is rather nice and comfortable. For the rest: just a place to sleep. For such an an expensive hotel, you would expect more. Furthermore there was quite some noise from the nearby railroad, and the staff has an impersonal and distant attitude. Very expensive breakfast. |

Overall it was a nice hotel in a ggod location. The room I was given had the lock broken and repaired in a way that even a part of the wood was still missing. This made me one week after, when travelling again to Brussels to select an other hotel. |

Business hotel at a family rate for a weekend. If you are lucky.. Possibility of free parking in the hotel (there is a very small parking lot in front of the hotel). Hotel looks quite old for the standard it should have. One of our rooom was very noisy. (The window did not close well). The price included Breakfast, however, to our suprise it was not a full continental breakfast but a quick mini express breakfast served at the room.... (Croissant, Bread, Coffee and Juice) |

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was close to the European institutions. The rooms are shabby and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was dirty so I had to change rooms. |

The parking possibility at the hotel is almost non existent. One has to be very lucky to get one of the 10 spots. Luckily I was :-) |

The breakfast was supposed to be included. Hwever, it was only coffea and chocolate bread served in the room. No access to the restaurant or... we had to add an extra 15 EUR par person. No possibilities for example to excahnge the bread against cereals. A good avice: go outside they are many 'business' snacks where you can have what you want eating for 5-6 EUR: |
