The hotel is near the Schuman metro stop The breakfast was not included in the very expensive E149 price. If you wanted to have a standard continental breakfast it cost 20 euro ! The gym did not open until 7am, 6am would of been better. 1 hour of internet cost 7 euro! 24 hours costs 20 euro! Really, in this day and age, these price are extortionate. The room is clean and comfortable, but for a 4* hotel, nothing special. My room was on the 4th floor, and faced Rue de la Loi, and was quite noisy in the night-time (and I am not a light sleeper). |

The staff were very helpful and could not do enough, however, I was not satified with the girl on receiption who was the same person who checked us in and checked us out and who denied receiving any email from home in the first place. Another lady joined her on reception and gave the impression that they were not pleased with us causing them 'problems'. We had problems checking out of the hotel. The visa card details were emailed to the hotel on the Friday however when we were checking on the sunday the receptionist said that there was no email and we had to contact relations in Ireland to resend the email. If we had been rushing to the airport this would have caused problems as it was it caused us embarrassment and inconvenience. |

The room was very confortable and the staff gives you an excelent support. The continental breakfest, included in some rates, is too poor. They include a small glass of orange juice, bread, jam, butter and coffe only. It does't worth. |

The location was good, very close to the central station and Grand Place. It was a surprisingly quiet location in a busy capital. I got a good price too. I thought the hotel was 5-star during my previous stays at other Crowne Plazas elsewhere wroldwide but was a tad lower than the standards I expected. Lighting in the room could be improved. And the airconditioning tuner was hanging off the wall. Maintenance of the rooms should be improved. Other than that, ambience was fantastic. |

The value for the money was excellent. A homeless person was sleeping in the stairs that connect the hotel's main entrance to the parking lot (even during day time) which gave a sad feeling to our stay. |

Room was very small, bathroom was very small, bath was very small, the third bed in a triple room was an uncomfortable camp bed, each morning one tea bag was provided to be shared between three guests! The mini-bar was inadequately stocked. The window could not be opened. Service was adequate but not particularly friendly. |
