The wonderful 4-star hotel Crowne Plaza Brussels Europa is directly located between the European Commission and European Parliament, right in the heart of the EU Quarter.

Area information

Our hotel is ideally located at a 5-minute walking distance from Parc Cinquantenaire. Crowne Plaza offers excellent transport connections via Schuman train station, at the foot of the hotel, and Maelbeek metro and bus station, directly under the hotel. A 5-minute ride with the metro will take you into the city centre with its Grand Place, Manneken Pis fountain sculpture and the main shopping area.

Do atendimento e do conforto do quarto e dos equipamentos disponiveis! Hotel muito limpo e organizado.We liked so much: Service and reception people, the devices available in room and so confortable and clean place.

Internet está disponível mas o custo deve melhorar, porqie se na sua viagem não carrega seu PC precisará pagar caro a cada 15 minutos. Internet is available but the cost must to be improved, because if you don´t have a lap top in your travel needs to pay a expensive price for each 15 minutes.

Location in the city close to the centre. Excellent breakfast. Very cooperative and service-oriented personnel.

The hotel is close to a four-line city transit and train which makes the room noise from early morning. The hotel is badly maintained. Furniture is old and shabby, definitely not of the four-star level. Not a good value for money.

The staff is very friendly and professional.

I do like the concept paying for your breakfast, if that lower the price for a night, but this doesn't seem to work like that. 25,- euro for a breakfast is a lot (a very standard hotel breakfast bufet, but fresh and well done). And if I pay 25,- I expect the coffee to be good.

The receptionist who moved us to a room at the back, after earlier being repeatedly told there were none available.

The road works which went on all night outside the front of the hotel.

In Front of parlament and european commision. Right above maelbeek & schuman train and metro stations- easy to travel. Room very large and clean. Very useful services. Given double room changed free of charge to twin room.

Expensive minibar. Have to call concierge to open window and doesnt shut completely.
