設備がキレイでゆったりとしていたのでくつろげた。

地下鉄の駅にも近く、部屋もきれいで、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの対応もよかったです。

Location - very handy for the eu institutions.

The gym was extremely poor. The equipment was ancient and it was very airless.

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful , providing me with a fan when the airconditioning went. The facilities were otherwise what I wanted - especially the iron, ironing board and kettle for tea/coffee. The location was very convenient near airport bus, and metro.

Very noisy when the window was open (intense traffic at all times of day and most of night). I had to keep the window open because the air conditioning had packed up. I obviously did not like that. I also found the breakfast too expensive and the dinner menu was totally limited because it was the summer period (so what?). I was staying 5 nights and working and would have liked to have a meal at the hotel. Instead I went out all the time.

the AC was not working though it was soo hot. we madea complain but they told us tat due to high occupacy there AC was not sufficient. indeed this was away from truth becaus the hotel was half empty and the reception area was cold like ice. I think its becaus we went trough cheap offer and they wanted to return there money through saving energy.

Liar staff and not working A/C

I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times. Location and price are its best assets. I got a bedroom on the 16th floor with a very nice view over the city. Air conditioning was working ok, even if the day was very hot. The room was very clean and I have to say the beds are very comfortable!

The furniture in the room looks a bit old and out of fashion. One of the chairs had a torn cushion, these kind of detais should be taken care of in a 4 stars hotel. For the rest, the relation quality/price was excellent, except for breakfast, that for 2 people almost equals the price of the room!

Check in was easy, the rooms were very nice, the beds were also very comfortable after a whole day of strawling through the city. And I like the fact that check in is at 12, instead of very early like with some hotels.

It is a luxury hotel, for business (wo)men. We were a group of young people coming to visit the city, relax and have fun. I had the feeling were looked down up on by the staff because of this.

Very expensive for what is standard service/hotel

Location adjacent to European Commission buildings, and reliable standard and level of comfort.

Somewhat overpriced room, but the wildly expensive breakfast is worth avoiding for something half the price in any of a hundred breakfast bars in town. The gym is hard to find, and the running machine was not in good working order.

The price was reasonable

Watch out for the sign above the refrigerator saying that the refreshments are complimentary- they are referring to the packet of instant coffee, not the bottled water and soda in the frig!

Everything at the hotel was beautiful.

The location of the hotel was very difficult to find, and in a bad area of town.
