room was comfortable and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised to find that were many restaurants near the hotel, despite the 'office park' locale near the airport. no wifi in the room - ridiculous, especially at 200 Euro/night. had to go to the executive lounge to use wifi. the exec lounge was cold and had a poor selection of snacks. in fact our hotel room never got warm either - apparently 23 C is the max temp. the breakfast bufffet was fine in general but the "scrambled eggs" were the worst I have had, anywhere, at any price. Clearly they were made from instant egg powder and made badly at that.

The hotel is very clean and tidy with little noise and good ameneties. Rooms were as expedted with no psecial features. I asked for a smoking room which was confirmed and then no given to me. This was together with the little firendliness of the receptionist the negative points of my stay.

Crown Plaza is most definitely the very best place to stay in/out of Brussels Airport. They seem to have upgraded as well. Some specifics: - very, very fast check-in - they recently upgraded internet to 2 MB/s - flatscreen TV, with USB plugin - GREAT beds - eye for detail Some tips: - weekend rates are very cheap, so I always plan my stay for Fri or Sat - there is a fully stocked Delhaize shop next door, where you can buy everything from food to wines; no need to spend $$$ in the hotel (I know the hotel reads this, but sorry, your prices are high) - try the Deluxe rooms, which are 50 USD more expensive in weekend, but INCLUDE breakfast and internet and movies (so win-win)

After traveling around Europe for 12 days this was our last stop before flying out of Brussels the next day. We made the correct decision in staying here. It is a beautiful hotel, close to the airport, free shuttle, great restaurant, rooms were wonderful, and the rooms are sound- proof, so you didn't hear the airplanes take off and land. This is truly the way to end a wonderful vacation in Europe.

Needed a place to sleep before flying out of Zaventem in the morning. Got a great rate of 109€. Convenient shuttle in the morning, the ride is 5 minutes. It is a beautiful hotel, very clean & large rooms. Also very quiet being so close to the airport, we heard nothing. Expensive Wifi which isn't included, and the restaurant is very expensive with no options within walking distance.

This hotel was very close to the airport for our short layover. Fortunately you did not hear the planes. It was wonderful and relaxing to have the park and duck pond so close_ A computer failure made check-out and payment difficult. Four days later, I still have not received my receipt by email, as promised.

The hotel and the room were very nice. The hotel has a shuttle that picks up at the airport. Because our flight left on Saturday, the shuttle was not running so the hotel picked up the tab for a taxi to the airport. 25 Euros for internet access! The hotel restaurant is the only place in the area to eat and is very expensive.

The soundproofing really is excellent - you would never know you were next to an airport. I also found the main courses at dinner very good - although they should be at the price. For some reason there was no trace of my booking on the hotel's system, but the receptionist agreed to honour the booking.com rate. Apart from the rather nice glass lifts I didn't find anything exceptional about the hotel, which is one of the more expensive around Brussels. Some of the furnishings are a little shabby. And there really is no excuse nowadays for charging for internet access!

Excellent size room and very comfortable. The room included a desk too which help me as I was there on business. The room was extremely quiet despite being very near to the airport. Shuttle bus runs frequently between the airport and the hotel and I had no problem (5 mins) to get hold of a taxi into town the next day. The breakfast buffet was superb in contrast to others I have experienced in the area. I also ate Dinner in the hotel restaurant which looks over a small pond and has a terrace which would be great in the summer. I didn't use the spa but a robe was supplied in the room if needed. The food in the restaurant was a little too high end for my liking and portions are very small but the quality was excellent. The hotel is set up for conferences etc and felt impersonal at times.
