Location and shuttle service was very good.
Staff were not very polite or helpful. Service in the bar and restaurant were awful. Prices for drinks and food was very high.
You should trust more to your guest and not humilate them with "50 euro deposit for extas". It looks paranoic and greedy.
Location. Friendly staff
Small towels Lack of free wifi Poor value breakfast ( which we thus didn't have)
Great room; good room rate; pleasant staff; good breakfast selection
Bar prices a little excessive
The manger helped a lot. Excellent service. Would come back.
Nothing at all. Very good hotel. Can't complain of anything.
Bed: cheap, uncomfortable itchy sheets and uncomfortable pillow. Expensive internet. Breakfast not included either in room price
Efficiency and cleanliness
Modern hotel, clean, feels like new. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Polite staff. Close to the airport. Free shuttle makes things easy. Very good stay.
We arrived in the evening and had called in advance to announce that we were traveling with a baby and that the cot should be ready in the room because we were getting close to her bedtime. When we arrived, the bed was not there. It took about 2 hours until the hotel staff figured out that the bed had been set up in the next room by mistake. In the mean time, we had to put our baby to sleep on one of the beds which meant that we could not sleep until 11:30pm, the night before a morning flight. The staff were polite and tried their best, I suppose this stuff happens but for a period of time, we were only told that they were dealing with it and the tone was not always reassuring. It took me three trips to the lobby to get someone to move on the issue.
The receptionists were very helpful; the room's big enough for a family of 4. The bathroom looked clean.
When we were going to downstairs to take breakfast, I was in front of my family and went to straight to the sitting area. I thought there's no need for 4 persons to tell the hotel staff our room no., however the supervisor with blond hair called me with a cold voice to ask my room no. My husband answered her immediately. At that moment, I just thought she could come to our table to ask the number instead of doing what she just did. We had stayed in other hotels in different countries. Usually the hotel staff would greet you first in the breakfast area and then ask the room number or come to the table to get the number. This supervisor( I guess so, because she's only one with suit and a cold face in the breakfast area.) While we're having breakfast, I saw how she handled with a group of kids and the person in charge of this group. This supervisor just repeated asked them to go to upstairs and everybody in the breakfast could see this scene. I didn't know exactly what's going on there, but I do know there must be a much better and professional way to handle such case. I'm not sure if this supervisor ever heard "Customers are always right." Maybe that morning she wasn't feeling well, upset with someone or just fed up with tourists, I just think at that moment she was not presenting well the image of Hotel Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport. During the breakfast, we did enjoyed the service provided by the waiter and the waitress.
close to airport silent, good isolated
parking space too little, had to search for a car space (but succeeded in the end)
The technological devices were very useful during my stay.
Everything was OK during my stay. I didn't dislike anything.
an easy exit for an intercontinental flight huge bus ensured we could get out on time fantastic breakfast buffet - best of our trip
restaurant and bar very expensive
Expensive parking, breakfast and dinner menu. They can give special rates for hotel staying guests thus making them to avoiding eating out.
The restaurant could use more options (a kids menu would be helpful) And the internet was very expensive. Otherwise great hotel!
Very nice facility.
You can reach by bus or your own car.
Quiet, spacious room and bathroom.
Breakfast is expensive.
