The beds and the Spa facilities were amazing! The view from the room (10th floor) is incredible. From the hotel you are within 10 mins in city centre Antwerp.

Overall good hotel with everything you need inclusive a nice pool and sauna.

Some things spoiled a bit the overall good quality of the hotel: - the rooms are quite small. The "superior" rooms are identical to the "standard" rooms which is quite confusing and disappointing concerning the size. They told me the difference between "superior" and "standard" is that parking is included and per day you get a drink in the bar. The name "superior" invokes the impression of bigger, more luxurious, which is not the case. - Wifi works on a PC/smartphone but not on the Ipad didn't work with the hotel's Wifi - Breakfast is nice but needs some improvement to be perfect: the scrambled egg looks like egg mesh and the coffee machines were waiting too often for an intervention of the staff. - no bottle opener in the room - only one bathrobe for a double room - cettle for making coffee but only 2 bags of instant coffee. - reception desk officers were on "team building" - the temporary reception desk officers were doing their best but missing experience

I think that in a 4 stars hotel, the Internet Flatrate should be available. Unfortunately it was not like that. Also, I don't know why in the description of the hotel, you can read that the parking is privat and should be paid. There are a lot of free parking places around and I was really mad to discover that, after I paid for my parking.

-Very expensive bar, must be a millionair to get drunk. -Outside noise of traffic when opening the window (cause first night the airco seemed not to work)

The young guy at reception told me that my visa card doesn t work for room garanty I gave him an other one but not working also he charge me finaly by pin for the room . In fact he charge me once 180€ and a second for 130€ which was the correct price. My bank fortunatly call me for card check and then block the unjustify 180€ charge. So take care of what they done with your card even if I think it was not done to swindle me
