Crowne Plaza Antwerpen  

I have stayed in the Crowne Plaza Antwerp many times over the Years ! On Apr 30, I invited Family for Breakfast like I normally do when I am in Antwerp. During the whole time we spent in the Breakfast Lounge ( 90 Minutes), tables were left dirty with used plates, cutlery and when those were removed, the tables were left dirty with crumbles, rests of food and no cleaning ! That happened never before in this hotel ! For the price of the Breakfast, I expect my surroundings to be cleared and cleaned as soon as people have left their breakfast table. Also at our table, used plates, glasses, were just left unattended and were not removed, so we put them on another dirty table. Rather disappointing this time !

A very comfortable hotel in a quiet location for sleeping. And now that the swimming pool and fitness facilities are open again it's even better.

We had a double bed! In the many times we have stayed at the Crowne Plaza we've always had separate beds. We assumed all the rooms had separate beds. Even after seeing the bed we assumed it had two mattresses. Unfortunately it didn't so we didn't sleep too well. It was a pity that, when checking in, we weren't asked what sort of bed we preferred - the hotel was not full.

Very comfortable & clean hotel

Very noisy because of different hotels & streets around the hotel. Windows not closing properly

I think that in a 4 stars hotel, the Internet Flatrate should be available. Unfortunately it was not like that. Also, I don't know why in the description of the hotel, you can read that the parking is privat and should be paid. There are a lot of free parking places around and I was really mad to discover that, after I paid for my parking.

+ Good beds, small but good bathroom. + very nice relax area + easy parking + very good reception. + Good breakfast

-Very expensive bar, must be a millionair to get drunk. -Outside noise of traffic when opening the window (cause first night the airco seemed not to work)

The restaurant and the sympatic staff

The young guy at reception told me that my visa card doesn t work for room garanty I gave him an other one but not working also he charge me finaly by pin for the room . In fact he charge me once 180€ and a second for 130€ which was the correct price. My bank fortunatly call me for card check and then block the unjustify 180€ charge. So take care of what they done with your card even if I think it was not done to swindle me

Lack of breakfast in room possibility.

Room was quiet and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent- an ideal place to stop on the way to Germany from Britain

Staff very helpful.

Our non smoking room smelled of smoke room 206. We changed room. Shower in room 207 was not working.

Improve the beds. They seem to be low quality.

The hotel lobby and wellness have been renovated and are stylish and beautiful

The rooms are still very old....but I guess it will come :)
