Free internet Told by reception that there was no where to get food @2300hrs, then saw room service available 24 hrs in room, most things on room service were however out of stock. |

this was a 4 star hotel, why was i given frozen type fries with my meal ? the cost was extororsinate for the meal i received, 33 euros for steak, rocket leaves and fries, which are the cheapes one can buy. give the guests value for money, not cheap frozen foods. i actually complained as i could not believe that a 4 star hotel would serve cheap fries as a Belgien delight. |

Close to my work location; convenient on the freeway. Bathroom very nice. Staff nice, smiled. TV is old and picture is not good. Lamp shade by bed was worn out; hole in one of them. This is an old hotel and rooms need refurbishing. Second time to stay. Rooms still need redone. Rooms are a bit small for the price, but adequate. |

Friendly helpful staff Internet access not in each room, you must make sure yours does when you book. I need to go to the lobby to use internet. This is not good for the business traveller. |

Het was op de kamer veel te warm, deurslot was defect, ontbijt veel te duur voor het geld, we hadden een luxere kamer genomen dat was het geld ook niet waard. |
