We have spent a very pleasant week in this hotel, which is brilliantly located on the Burg (town square), Bruges. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet, and we also appreciated the bath tub. The convenient location meant that it was also easy to slip back to the hotel during the day, when we needed a break from seeing all of Bruges' wonderful sights. Couldn't have had a better stay.

The location was fantastic and the rooms were very clean. The service within the Plaza Cafe was not very good. We waited 15mins for service at which point I had to ask for a menu and the waiter did not respond in a helpful and friendly manor. We then waited for another 10 minutes and the menu never came. By this point my partner and I were so frustrated we left and ate at another cafe. I though the charge to watch films on the multimedia service was very expensive in the rooms.

Great location, minutes from everything. Underground car park was the primary reason for selecting the hotel. We stayed in room 607 and were continually disturbed through the night by the noise of the elevator. Reception staff were surprised but i cannot imagine we are the first to complain and raise this issue. Otherwise ok.

The breakfast was amazing...the best I have had in Europe. The location was perfect as well, close, quaint, very much at the pulse of the city and yet still quite. The price was steep for the room and the pool was in need of cleaning.

First the staff was fabulous, especialy a gentleman by the name of Kim. He extended himself in helping us with many things, witch made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were so clean...the view from the room was spectacular..and the atmosphere was very relaxing.....We will return......Thank you for a wonderful memory.
