Location was very good, restaurant staff were good We booked a deluxe dbl room - we got a very small room which required one person to sit on the bed if the other person wanted to pass. When we checked if a mistake had been made at reception the trainee staff girl was totally uninterested and just shrugged her shoulders - we had to insist that she got a full member of staff who initially declined to come to the reception - when we finally got her she said the room was correct as their deluxe rooms are exactly the same as standard rooms 'except' that they had a window to the front. If this had been clear when we booked we would have just taken a standar room - especially as our room overlooked the car park. There was no interest whatsoever in trying to sort it out. Rooms are 3 star at best - only other point was poor breakfast selection.

I thought the accomodations were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best Crowne Plaza I have ever stayed in. The location was so convenient to everything in Brugge.

Located right on a corner of the Burg, seconds away from the central market. Ideal location. Breakfast, which was included in price of room, was better than several for which we paid over 15 Euros each. Outstanding service.

Friendly staff. Smart clean hotel. Efficient buffet breakfast with no queues. Conveniently situated very close to centre of Bruges. Very comfortable room with good lighting for reading, applying make up, shaving. Our car battery went flat when staying there and the General Manager jump started it for us - he said ' All part of the service'.

First the staff was fabulous, especialy a gentleman by the name of Kim. He extended himself in helping us with many things, witch made our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were so clean...the view from the room was spectacular..and the atmosphere was very relaxing.....We will return......Thank you for a wonderful memory.
