The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities were sharp, clean and well maintained. We are planning a return trip to Bruges and will definitely book the Crowne Plaza. If you go on the weekend access the hotel from the northern side of the Bruges Ring Road though as all the roads leading to it are closed on Saturdays and Sundays! The only let down about the whole trip is booking, com don't send you a confirmation email and you have to trawl their website looking for the bookings section to print confirmation. |

Bruge is charming, the crown plaza isa good hotel to stay, however the staff was too business, ie " the breakfast buffet closes in 10 minutes. |

I liked the convenience of being in the centre of Brugge and the willingness of the reception staff to try and help even though we arrived very early. The breakfast was not up to standard. The hot food was only lukewarm, there was no english tea bags and the toaster did not work. |

The room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was fairly extensive. The hotel charged us double for use of the internet since we had two computers with us and used them both. We only had to type in the access code and password once, even when we used the second computer. The hotel should either alter that policy or at least advise of it. |

The location, price, and all around room comfort were exceptional. We have two small children and could fit two babycots in the standard room with ease. The location is ideal for walking tours of the city and the staff was great. Highly recommend it. |

Location in the heart of the city. Very much noise from outside, despite the fact that I had a room with the view in the inner court, not on the street. Heavy smell in the coridors (kitchen). Swemiing pool was very dirty (all over the tails on the adge of the sweeming pool there was a black edge of dirteness). The towls in the sweeming pool were dirty and I could not use them. |

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of Brugge. Being able to sleep all 4 of us in 1 room was a huge plus. On-site parking was very helpful as well. No. |

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Spacious rooms so a family of four can be accomodated with two double beds. Parking and breakfast were overpriced but this is typical of such a hotel in the center of a touristed town. We took neither and parked our car at the train station and took a bus in. |

The location is very close to the town square. We walked everywhere. Very close to shopping, lots of restaurants, tea rooms, sights to see. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. Parking is available in a garage under the hotel. Very hard to park our mid-sized care and turn around the tight corners to exit. |

The hotel was in a very good location overlooking the Burg, and was only a short walk to the Markt and the various other attractions. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The cost of breakfast, at €22, was expensive. |
