Excellent location. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff A huge disappointment. Booked 2 rooms both of them sadly lacking any charm. The hotel lobby is just okay, but the rooms and hallways desperate cry for some rework, with carpets being filthy and having noticeable stains throughout. Not a 4 stars hotel for the price I paid, much more considering the other charming options around. |

The location, the value and the room size. Breakfast options were limited to a buffet at 22 euros. When asked if we could just have coffee and a croissant, that was not an option and were forced to go elsewhere. |

Nice Hotel overall. Goodbreakfast Room with the view was mucch smaller than the std rooms altough it was more expensive! One of the starff at the desk was very rude. |

Convenient for walking to all major cultural sites. Large, historic, modernised bedroom. Very varied and tasty breakfast food.Helpful staff. Very cold bedroom- air conditioning too freezing- adjustable only with great difficulty for an hour in the morning. Natalie tried hard to help-thanks for her efficiency, but room still cold. |
