This hotel is truly magical. It's location is second to none in Bruges and feels like you have stepped back in time without feeling like you are staying at a B&B. This hotel is high quality and does not have any sense of corporate coldness and the staff are outstanding. The Relais hotel is a gem of a small boutique hotel and you will feel special staying there, especially if you treat yourself to a canal view room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quality, unique, personal and memorable hotel experience.

The staff is outstanding. Any questions, requests for suggestions or concerns were handled promptly and efficiently. Good advice was offered. One day when we set out to explore, the reception staff volunteered that as it might rain we should take one of their umbrellas. Very thoughtful. The hotel itself is quite nice; original works of art, a comfortable sitting room with magazines to browse while trying to decide what to explore next. The champagne breakfast is a hedonistic fantasy touch. Champagne and Belgian waffles for breakfast? Heaven.

Perfect hotel for a city trip. Great location and central to everything. Excellent staff and very friendly. 6 Euros in the taxi from the Brugge train station makes it very accessable for weekends away.

Great location in the centre of town and adjacent to the canals, the historic aspect of 2 old buildings joined to become the hotel, the design was very appealing with nicely detailed suites. The room was very comfortable but the plastic macintosh on the beds were uncomfortably hot and should be replaced with normal mattress protectors.

Veel te duur voor de kleine kamer. Ontbijt ( 22,50 euro ) veel te duur. Zogezegd champagneontbijt. Laat de champagne weg en geef een iets uitgebreider ontbijt!! Is gezonder en zeker als je moet blazen !!! Slechts één serveuse voor de volledige ontbijtzaal is veel te weinig. Er was plots geen brood meer dan was er geen champagne meer dan weer geen fruitsap dan weer geen croissants en zo ging het maar door. Zeer slechte ervaring.

Маленький очаровательный отель с лучшим в Брюгге расположением и фантастическим видом на каналы. Красивые холлы и очень уютный ресторанчик. Крошечные номера, но средвековом здании это естесственно. Не очень дружелюбная девушка прислуживала за завтраком.

Alles aan dit hotel was goed. Locatie, kamer, decor, personeel. We hebben geen enkele opmerking over dit hotel, integendeel. De volgende keren dat we naar Brugge gaan, zullen we terug naar dit hotel terugkeren

Location was fantastic, staff were great, rooms very beautiful and a very local flavor. No shower in the room would put me off staying there if I was visiting with my husband as bath also very small

L'hôtel est très beau, parfaitement situé au coeur de la ville. Les chambres sont très jolies et cosy et parfaitement isolées, notamment du bruit (au moins au dernier étage, soit le 3ème). On se sent très bien dans cet hôtel, comme dans un cocon, et nous serions bien resté quelques jours de plus.

La décoration,la situation geographique Drap de lit au lieu de couette,bruit,thé de marque ordinaire (twinning) alors qu'il s'agit d'un lieu "prestigieux" donc on peut attendre à un choix de thé haut de gamme style Damman.Nous avons du attendre un 1/4 d'heure avant de pouvoir être servi pour notre petit déj car il n'y a qu'une seule personne qui assure le service(très aimable la pauvre ,débordée)
