The hotel is very central, charming, comfortable, great staff and top breakfast experience! Our room was no where near as nice as the one in all the pictures - to be fair we didnt pay towards the top end either - but I was surprised how different it was. |

The location was spot on, right in the center with beautiful canal views. T Stoney faced greeting upon arrival, No food available either by way of room service or restaurant. |

location and view paid 790 euro for 2 nights without breakfast - the room was not as brochure so not really value for money. other hotels in the area much better value for your money. If I stay at this hotel again I would insist that I have the best room as paid for. |

Good position, clean and comfortable Yes, very few services for a 4 * hotel. More like BB. Did not like haviong to ring the buzzer to get access to the hotel. Not very welcoming. Not ggood value for money in comparison to others in Bruges |

La qualité du service, l'endroit absolument charmant, la décoration de l'hôtel et de la chambre magnifique. La chambre où nous étions n'avait pas de frigo et pas de vue sur l'extérieur (vue sur une petite cour d'1 m²) |

El hotel es precioso, con vistas al canal (nuestras habitación era la 31, una buhardilla). Es superromántico. Lo único que no tenga room service de comida, solo de bebidas. Y el precio de una botella de medio litro de agua 6,50€!!!!!!! Ah!! el desayuno, es carísimo, a no ser que os haga mucha ilusión, al salir a la calle principal, a la derecha, unos cuantos locales después, hay un lugar donde desayunar un buen crep o wofre, y un buen café, por muchísimo menos precio, y buenísmo. |

L'emplacement de l'hotel. La qualité des prestations Pas de mini bars, ni de bar dans lequel on peut passer un moment sympathique en fin de soirée. Pas de bouiloire non plus dans la chambre pour se faire un thé ou autre...Il manque de choix dans les programmes tv. Le restaurant préconisé par l'hotel est trop éloigné surtout l'hiver lorsqu'il fait -5°C. |

accueil sympathique, disponibilité, cadre superbe, chambre propre et agencées avec goût, le cadre est très agréable, à côté d'un canal, et les principaux centres d'intérêts sont accessibles à pied seule petite déception, le petit déjeuner qui bien qu'annoncé à plus de 20 eur, ne comporte en fait que de choses originales |
