The friendly and helpful staff. We were travelling by bicycle and they were very helpful about allowing us to store our bikes inside the hotel. The great location - right on the main square. It is a very characterful old hotel but with excellent modern facilities. Great breakfast. Very comfortable bedroom with a bath as well as a shower and free soft drinks in the minibar.

Brilliant staff! They were extremely friendly and helpful, and one receptionist put herself out to research information for us, providing maps and directions on local brocantes and helping us make a choice. My mother and I were celebrating our birthdays and the hotel manager gave us personal cards and all the staff wished us many happy returns. What service! The breakfast was also excellent and my husband, who cannot tolerate wheat, was able to eat well.

It was a beautiful, peaceful place right in the centre of Kortrijk and only a five minute walk from the train station. Everything about it was excellent. The decor was very tasteful and staff very helpful.Breakfast was enormous!

Being in the main part of the town made it easy to access shops, restaurants and museums. The Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Even we stayed 1 night but the service offered was really good. The hotel room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and always helpful, we even have some free drinks from the mini bar offered by the hotel!!! :) The toilet had a great wide space and even a jacuzzi! Btw very clean. It's a great idea to have the free taxi service to go to the Expo. The breakfast was very good and the quality of the food is excellent. The location is very good because is in the center, so you have everything close, restaurants, bars, shops, sightseen. I strongly recommend you to stay in this hotel, it's a great value for your money.

Friendly staff peaceful and relaxing and easy to find in the center of the city The room was a bit to warm for sleep. The window only opened a bit so it was difficult to et fresh air.

Excellent location for rail station and city centre restaurants, bars, shops. Hotel staff were great. Excellent, good quality breakfast. Lovely building inside. Bedside table only on one side of double bed. No draaers/cupboards for clothing etc - only small wardrobe with half shelf (safe took up other half).

Very convenient location. Lovely building. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Not much space to store clothes in the room. The only rubbish bin ( in the bathroom) was very small. A kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been much appreciated.

An excellent hotel in the very centre of Kortrijk. Very comfortable rooms and a splendid breakfast (included in the room price). Complimentary mini-bar soft drinks a welcome addition. Very helpful, multi-lingual staff.

Very good location and an extremely nice hotel to stay at. Rooms were good with large bathrooms. Very well fitted out and comfy beds. Very nice breakfast. I didn't use the bar area but it looked nice. Plenty of nice restaurants across the square, in particular the Cesar. The staff were very nice, in particular the gorgeous blond lady on reception, who was charm personified. Car park was a bit of a pain to find, but once it was sorted all was ok. Car should be safe - it is opposite the Police station!

The hotel is located on the main square. Very Nice. Staff is excellent and helpful. All speaking English perfectly.Pleasure to stay. Breakfast is delicious.Will come back next year! Alex Florida Difficult to find a parking at the first. Should have better description where to park at the first when come to the hotel.
