Понравилось: ненавязчивый сервис, учет индивидуальных потребностей гостя, отзывчивость и доброжелательность персонала, дизайн столовой и холла, очень удобное местоположение относительно всех ориентиров города. I liked: unobtrusive service, with attention to individual needs of guests, responsiveness and kindness of staff, design of the dining room and living room, very convenient location for all landmarks of the city. Я бы хотела иметь возможность выбирать вместо завтрака ужин. I`d like to have a possibility to choose dinner instead of breakfast. |

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Great hospitality. Nice family atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again. Room for single person a bit on the small side. Would have like tea/coffee making facilities in room. |

I have visited this hotel twice and shall visit again. During this visit (second time) the room was on the first floor and next to the lift. We heard a lot of noise from the lift when in use and the lift shaft acted as a sound tunnel to carry voice conversations. |

The staff were very courteous and helpful, the hotel was quiet and comfortable although only a short walk to the promenade and the breakfast provided a fantastic selection for all tastes. |

Zoals gewoonlijk was het ontbijtbuffet weer superlekker. Daarom keren we telkens weer. Ook de exclusiviteit van de kamers is meer dan oké! Badkamer is in orde, maar indien mogelijk graag vernieuwen binnenkort. |

Het hotel ligt midden in 't stad en dicht bij zee,casino.Het verblijf en het ontbijt was uitstekend.Het is wel wat veroudert hotel,maar het was er netjes.Is het meest geschikt voor een ouder publiek. |

De persoonlijke toets in het algemeen en het schitterende ontbijt.ook de lounge is gezellig. De badkamer is klein en vooral niet practisch : met badkuip zonder handgrepen en douchekop die niet verstelbaar is en veel te hoog hangt!Ook is er geen rekje om eigen spullen op te plaatsen. Ik begrijp niet waarom zoveel hotelkamers wel een onhandige badkuip hebben, maar geen veilige douche! |

Zeer centraal en en op korte loopafstand van het centrum en theater/casino gelegen. Prima voor een weekendje weg. Uitstekend ontbijt. Badkamer verouderd maar goed functionerend met goede waterstraal uit de douche. Lekkere dikke handdoeken en toiletartikelen. Lift is gehorig wat de nachtrust verkort. |

goede ligging , klein familiaal hotel met verzorgde kamers en voldoende gevarieerd ontbijt . bij boeking van hotel was er telefonisch een garage bijgeboekt , bij aankomst moesten wij de wagen parkeren ondergronds aan casino.deze parking is wel iets duurder. |
