The hotel is cute. The room was clean. It was a fair price. Although we did not dine their, it did seem like they had a up-scale dining facility. Service was not good. We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon. All the lights were off in the reception area and no one was there. We walked around in the kitchen and the first floor but could not find anyone. Rang the bell but no one answered. We left to go eat (carrying 4 pieces of luggage) and came back at 4pm. There was still no one there. Had to go find the cleaning lady on the 3rd floor. She came to the reception desk but could not help us. Another employee finally arrived about 4:15pm. There were other guests waiting to check in as well. We booked through bookings.com but they did not have our name on their register, just our booking number. The free wi-fi did not work. Bed sheet had a tear in it. Coffee was $4 per cup. No free breakfast |

Internet kostenlos Frühstücksangebot für 10,- Euro nicht angemessen, Spiegeleier und gekochte Eier muss man sich selbst zubereiten, im Waschbecken war der Abfluss total verdreckt, ein halbes Stück Seife vom Vorgänger steckte im Abfluss, ein Wasser aus der Minibar 0,2Liter für 3,-Euro (wurde nicht ausgeschildert) in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel sind einfach unverschämt, das ist abzocke! Ich werde das Hotel demnächst nicht wieder buchen. |

Ontspannen sfeer en vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel ligt dichtbij het winkelcentrum en op loopafstand van het centraal station en de bushalte. |

Ruime kamer, gratis en goede WiFi internet tot in de kamer, goede openbare parkeergelegenheid op straat. Ruime buffet ontbijt. Vervelende felle verlichting spots in de ontbijtzaal. Maar in de kamers is verlichting weer te diffuus. Zeker de bureauverlichting mag worden aangepast. |

Ik heb dit hotel gekozen omdat ik in de buurt moest zijn voor mijn werk. Dus positief voor mij was, dat het dichtbij mijn werk was. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en proper. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Ik vond de kamer nogal klein en donker. |
