Motorcycle friendly-bikes parked secure & undercover.friendly/helpful staff.Ideal location for sightseeing.Good food,beer etc.Will certainly use again. |

For the money the room was very basic not even any toilet roll no tea coffee facilities staff had little or no info about surrounding tourist intrest sights. There was obviously a problem with the sewage and drains as the smell was terrible in the room, we saw the state of the kitchen through the window dirty pots with food on from several days and werent impressed so decided to eat in Iepres |

The grounds of the hotel were lovely it was particularly suitable for families and young children. It wasn't really what you would expect of a hotel. It was a good b&B. The rooms were not serviced daily, so after four days we really needed clean towels. |

Meals in the restaurant were adequate - but service by one waiter slow The room did not seem designed for real guests - no shelves in bathroom, lack of privacy with half door to bathroom, lighting inadequate, dark even in daylight, inadequate shelving in room |

The adjoining restaurant is attractive and the food is good. Overpriced.This is not really a hotel, more like a youth hostel with family rooms. The microscopic hand basin in the bathroom was more suited to a very very small cloakroom. The bed consisted of two Ikea narrow single beds pushed together. Breakfast was ok but you helped youself in a stark canteen like room. |

My parents and I loved everything about the hotel, from the wonderful owners, wait staff, the rooms, the food, the ambience. Our meals were served on a romantic terrace under huge trees and soft lights. The rooms were wonderfully unique. The meals were delicious. The hotel has horses, ducks, geese quite an assortment. Trying to find it in the dark. |

Comfortable beds very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice rural setting. No taps in the showers. Only a button which required continuous pressing. It meant showering one handed. |
