Staff were extremely helpful, location is excellent and my access to all parts of the city was unparalleled.
Noise from other "guests" at all hours of the night/morning.
Shower Enough towels
- The hotel is located in a bad neighborhood. - The rooms are very dirty and disgusting. - The light in the bathroom was broken and so was the toilet seat. - The bed had hairs in it. - You can hear TVs of other rooms all night. - Electricity cut in the morning. - You can hear talking from other rooms all night. - The carpet is totally disgusting. - The smell in the room is bad. - There's no fresh air - in front of the window is a wall. - Furniture is old and sticky. - Ashtray in a non-smoking room. - The walls are dirty and stained. - Dirty shower.
Good position, low prices, room clean, towels provided.
You get what you pay for... probably a bit less. The toilet lamp flickered heavily and I asked to the receptionist to chance it. He said he would do it later, but he ignored me completely.
Very kind and helpful service.
Price was high, but as for Brussels standards, it shouldn't be surprise.
Location is close to Brussels station. Room is clean. Good value for money.
The hotel could be hard to find. But once you found it, it's actually very close to the station. The bathroom is small but clean.
Low price, convenient location.
Not that clean
Professional reception staff Closed to the Midi Station
Bathroom too small (very tiny sink, weak shower) Area not the safest at night(but no problems) Triple room not the best (but sufficient equipped)
close to train station
felt dirty/dumpy, bad lighting, bathroom fan was very noisy, heard music very late at night.. 2:00am
Reasonable price with acceptable services Great location (near Bruxelles-Midi station)
Staff can't speak English very well
The hotel is Near the train station the staff was friendly.
The bathroom that i had with my room was really small and the photos that we see at the interet site of the hotel don't correspond to reality. The room was also very small and hotel was quite old and needs nevovation.
Very small rooms. Couldnt close the bathroom door.
Staffs attitude + Location+ Price + Neighbourhoods. Overall excellent hotel.
As somewhere to put your head down without caring what was around you on a long and tiring weekend it did the job.
No tea/coffee making in room. No nice touches to make the room more attractive.
The staff was very friendly and I got there really fast from the train station. The room was big enough for one person and enough if you just want to stay there one night.
The shower in my bedroom didn't work properly. As much as I enjoyed the friendly service, I wouldn't stay there again.
Very good food for breakfast, central hotel, nice room, polite staff, tidy, etc.
In the evening there were some turkish (suspicious) guys who were at the entrance at the hotel (inside) and they were looking (staring) at all the people who were talking to the receptionist.
wifi was working staff guy looks like mafia employee but he was cool. no criminal happend to me there. i stayed during tomorrowland time there. better go to brxxx 5star hostel. more comfortable. more cheaper
elevator was broken. bathroom was to much ugly and old.
reception service room facility price
Strategic location near to the Gare du midi. Good facility. Clean and neat. Possible for early check in.
Hotel is in excellent location. Close to railway station. Allowed children below 6 yrs age for free.
There was fan in the room instead of an A.C.
I like the welcoming attitude from the front desk to the staff who fed and cleaned. They all appeared happy in what they were doing and provided a good service. Having wifi on hand all the time was necessary for me and for the price the atmosphere, food, services were very good. Thanks.
I actually have no negatives - I was well looked after.
Within walking distance of Bruxelles-Midi/Brussels South, attentive and helpful staff, competitive pricing
Lift was spoilt on the day I arrived, and I got a room on the 4th (top) floor. Would appreciate if I could have gotten a lower floor, especially since I would be checking out in only a few hours.
The hotel was close to Railway station. The place was very clean and one of the male receptionists was extremely helpful and the wait staff were lovely. We went budget and we got what we paid for. I would go back there but would go for a dearer room. The hotel is in the Arab quarter but we felt extremely safe at all times.
The beds were like bricks. Our bathroom door was warped and couldn't be closed. No heating/cooling. No tea/coffee. One male receptionist couldn't speak English particularly well and wasn't very helpful.
Very close (5 min walk max) to the Midi rail station, and good value for a late booking. Simple but sizeable room.
Lift seems to be out of service permanently.
All in all a good couple of nights stay, Staff really friendly and helpful
