Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful Don't like the hard floors in the rooms Don't like the way I was not compensated when I indicated that I could not get the WIFI to work. For others paying for Wifi, the number on the left is the User Name and the one on the right is the Password Really hated the cockrel that started corwing outside my window at 1.10am. Not the Hotels fault but would make me not stay there again

nice location in the middle of the small town. The double bed was 2 camping cots put together, the shower was half broken and the shower gel container was empty. I have ordered a room with a kitchenette, it had a microwave and a sink, not even a way to make a tea. Breakfast is nto worth mentioning, my advice eat somewhere else for the value.

De ruime kamer. De kamer is zeer ruim. Het bedlinnen is versleten, er zitten tientallen gaatjes in. Vlekken op de fauteuils. De douche is vies.

Proche de Turnhout - au centre de Beerse - dispose d'un parking Grande chambre/appartement calme - Mobilier assez simple Très bien accueilli par le personnel en charge de la réception . Pas du tout apprécié d'avoir dû payer le petit dejeuner , que je n 'ai pas pu prendre en raison d'un changement de programme . Sous prétexte que Booking com prélève tout de même une commission dans ce cas ...

the staff were really great.the village is really nice and i,d stay there again. it,s very minor but... they could do with a nightlight out to the hotel annexe. when you walk up the entrance it,s nicely set out. when you walk into it in the dark... fillin the blanks yourself.

niet proper, vuile handdoeken. kwamen om 10 voor 12 al kloppen dat we van de kamer moesten. Veel te duur voor een verouderde, vuile kamer nog eten van vorige hotelgasten in ijskast.
