Location good. Opposite station. Parking garage 2 minutes away. Nice bathroom, good breakfast. Very clean. Bedroom sombre - very dark colours. Our room on the 2nd floor ( no lift ! ) looked out to ventilation shaft from the kitchen on the first floor. Even with the window shut, still noisy. With window open for '' fresh'' air, smells from kitchen.Hotel has 3 floors, no lift, not suitable for elderly people that can't climb stairs. Above the first floor, no carpet on stairs, just bare boards .( Gave impression of half finished renovation ). |

Friendly staff, rooms clean and comfortable (everything brand new and supplied with good quality furnishings). Without a lift (elevator) the walk up to the 3rd floor was tiring. However, no problem for bags as staff were aware of the problem and very helpful. |

This is not what you expect from a 2 star hotel, it was much better! The beds are great, the rooms in general are actually perfect. |

Food & Drink were great. Service with a smile and conversation. Thank you Ms Delagare. Reception area; too small & cramped; area needs decoration now. |

Cleanliness of the rooms. Bathrooms newly renovated and very clean. Hotel is excellent value for money. City centre location - very convenient for train station. Excellent soundproofing. Smell of cigarette smoke in bedroom - non smoking rooms may be available but I did not check. Stairways/corridors not up to the same standard as rooms - not an issue for me but may be for some travellers. |

Lovey large room, and equally large bathroom, modern, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the location was convienient for the railway and sightseeing. The car park was excellently situated beneath the hotel, although charged seperately. Being near the railway and a busy road there was a great deal of noise outside the room, but it is what you would expect from a city location, I would have really appriciated a hairdrier. |

Average hotel in the center of the city and very close to train station. A bit noisy due to proximity to the train station and the main road. |
