Stayed for 6 nights.
Quite and safe surrounding, with trees outside window of my single room, birds singing dawn and dusk, including bats and probably owls.
Friendly, helpful and professional owner (also a lecturer in KU University teaching hotel management) who coverted an old residence for parish and then students into a cozy, comfortable place for travellers.
Feels like at home and really love those antique decoration.
Very central location. Everything within walking distance including supermarket, St Peter's Church, Town Hall, Park Abbey, Saturday markets and train station.
Breakfast was very nice. The owner, Peter, packed sandwiches for me when I had to go out earlier than the scheduled breakfast time.
