Information for the parking area.
Great location and great staff, the room was set up nice
The sound of running water in the room every time someone turned on a tap or flushed the loo. This ruined the hotel for us and we wouldn't stay again.
Very quaint and comfortable hotel with a nice bar and in a great location - just far enough away from the main square to be quiet, but near enough to comfortably walk to all the attractions. Secure on site parking was another bonus and breakfast was very good. We will definitely return!
A small boutique hotel in heart of Brugge. Staff were very helpful and informative of local area. Great to have an onsite secure car park. The rooms were fantastic and very warm.Good selection at breakfast. A short stroll from the hotel is Market Square, where the hustle and bustle of Brugge takes place. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Brugge.
situated in a quiet street behind the church and central to town centre and local places of interest. Received a warm welcome and although arrived quite early allowed to book in and go to our rooms. Enjoyed the Oldy decor and sitting room - secure parking was a bonus too.
Having to leave Brugge
helpful, close to town square,
We had read some of the reviews and were concerned about the Hotel. The Hotel is very welcoming, the Superior Room we had was good, needed a bit of decorating and some tlc. The bathroom beautifully clean and the towels soft and very very white. the breakfast was excellent and for a short weekend break the hotel met our needs. the bed for me was too soft but my husband wanted to bring it home! Hotel very close to central town.
there wasn't much to dislike, oh one thing, there was a canopy hanging above the bed which could have done with a washing!
We loved the charm of this hotel - it is beautifully decorated, has a lovely sitting room downstairs for gathering and is in a perfect position in the city (2-3 blocks to the market square, on a quiet street, with easy access to the train station)
We could hear the guests in the room above us, especially when they used their bathroom. Request a top level floor if you don't mind stairs!
Cute building, great location.
VERY noisy in the afternoon right in front of our door. We were trying to nap while either furniture of luggage was dragged and dropped all around. Breakfast is only till 10, even on week-ends. Church bells are extremely loud and never ending, but that is everywhere in Bruges.
Good selection of food for breakfast and anything needing replenishing was done very quickly. It was a shame the hot food was cold every morning because it was cook beautiful and.
Room not vacuumed everyday, and the spiral staircase for anyone with luggage is a problem/or with walking difficulties'.
We enjoyed the atmosphere in this wonderful old building. Staff were most helpful. The carpark is quite tight however we had no problems fitting in our Range Rover. Excellent base for exploring Bruges.
The walls were a bit thin!
It's location: so central. The style of the building and the décor of the public rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly owners/staff.
Quite of bit of the sound of water-pipes from other rooms.
Easy to find when walking from the train station (15 mins walk) and also close to the centre of the old town. Quiet street with lots of nice restaurants and shops all around. Room was comfortable. Clean, big bathroom. Good breakfast in sunny 'winter' room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us free tickets to a museum and with good advice on train timetables and things to do (even rustling up a glass of wine late one night !). Wifi was fine. We didn't get to try the restaurant but it looked good !
Hotel has a lot of character, is romantic, has a nice breakfast on site, provides parking on site and is located close to great restaurants and attractions in historic Brugge center.
No significant dislikes. Room was a little small and the shower hard to use without some water spilling outside the tub area but these were no real problem.
The room was beautiful and location was excellent.
No tea or coffee available in room, a machine was available but you had to go downstairs to get your own and it wasn't always turned on! Staff generally helpful, but didn't go out of there way to be pleasant (well one in particular was quite rude).
staff very friendly. Perfect location very good size of the rooms Breakfast was very good
Very friendly and professional staff. Great location. Lovely ambience.
romantic room,location & the building
lack of staff and breakfast nice but left to do it all yourself also no toaster
Located in the center, nice old style... Not enough to be a good hotel !!
Too expensive for a room without air conditioning on august !!!! I had too sleep with a wet towel to get cool !! No welcomed bottle of water in the room... Also too noisy to sleep !! You can ear everything happened in the hotel !! Smile not included in the price !!! We have booked 2 rooms, they just forgot one ... No apologize... But we get offered the parking.... Bathroom not clean :s
We had a wonderful time, wandering around Brugge visiting sites and Cafe's.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location between train station and town centre ideal. Lovely clean quiet room
Lovely hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Can't wait to go back.
Watch out for the mosquitos!
Beautiful rooms, excellent service, good location
Car park VERY tight, bar/restaurant somewhat expensive
