The hotel was clean. Upon arrival at midnight, the whole place was shut up. When a helpful member of English-speaking staff eventually answered the phone, we were instructed to find a key box and intercom system from which we could gain access. This took us about half an hour to find (it's tucked away opposite the restaurant), but was fine once found. The rooms were rather a shocking colour of brown and we were greeted by a guest smoking something not so legal outside our door and children shrieking at the top of their voices. |

Cleaning staff insisting on entering the room every morning despite the fact that we were still in the room. They wouldn't go away. The hotel do not provide Do not Disturb signs. |

The staff were friendly, the hotel was very good value for money and the facilities were good. The hotel could be better signposted. |

We hated the fact we saw no-one in the evening.A Bit of a labyrinth....The room was nice and cosy We really did not like that there was no-one to welcome us, the cleaning ladies started their job very early on a SUNDAY(!)and made a hell of a noise,that we checked out before 10am because no-one told us we could check out at 12.00.We did not have breakfast because there was no- one(again!) to tell us what to do and it seemed quite 'not tasty'...So not happy about the experience... |

How can you call this place an hotel? It is not hotel at all, it is just an ordinary hostel. No receptionist on site, you have to search for somebody to help you out. |

Quiet & semi-rural location. Friendly & responsive staff. Free wireless internet access which is very fast. Rooms that have a microwave and a fridge too. Our room was not cleaned for two days as we put the 'do not disturb sign' untill midday. We expected that the room would be cleaned later, Unfortunately that did not happen. Also the air conditioning in the room worked only when the temprature was below 18C (for heating). |

I took the summer special which was a really good price. The room was large with a nice view of the woods behind the hotel. There were a double bed and 3 bunk beds so one could easily accommodate an entire family. Facilities were really good. The hotel had a very large playground and kind of an adventure park. The room came with microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Difficult to find with no clear signage. |

Big comfortable room Room cleaning too early in the morning and not done after unless you ask the reception. Bathroom not well cleaned during the stay. |
